((PICTURE IS RACHEL))
Rachel woke up to the voices, like usual.
'Go shower.' The deepest voice says. Rachel named that one Trouble. It always caused the worst pain.
Like a robot Rachel got up and walked into her bathroom. She undressed, wincing at the fabric pulling at the stitches on her left thigh. Then she got in.
'Turn the water hot.' Trouble says.
Rachel reaches out, trying hard to fight the impulse, and turns the water as hot as it would go. The bathroom quickly steamed up and her once pale white skin turn red. Cherry red.
'See the blade.' Jackle, the softest voice said.
Rachel nodded.
'Grab it and cut stupid in your arm.' Jackle said with a sick laugh.
Rachel obeyed. She grabbed the pink razor and torn it apart with ease before placing the blade to her skin. Crimson blood soon covered the bathtub mixing with the water, turning a faint pink, before disappearing down the drain.
Rachel sighed when she regained control. She washed her hair, minding her arm. Then her body. After rinsing off, Rachel bandaged her arm and got into a long sleeve Nightmare Before Christmas shirt, with black ripped skinny jeans. Rachel fixes her long black hair and puts eyeliner on her top eyelid.
"My god, Rachel! Can't you shower unsupervised!" Rachel's mother screams as she drives Rachel and her brother, Billie, to school.
"I'm sorry mom."Rachel says shrinking into her seat.
"Sorry's don't cut it any more! You need more care than your father and I can give." Her mother says as she parks. She looks back at the kids.
"Mom.. Don't." Billie starts.
"No! Billie leave. Go to class." Rachel's mom snaps.
Billie looks at Rachel lovingly before getting out and walking sadly away from the car.
"What's going on mom." Rachel says starting to get angry.
"Your father and I have been talking. We are placing you in a mental asylum." Her mother says.
"W-what! You are giving your daughter up!" Rachel yells. "You gave birth to this crazy bitch you should have to deal with her!"
Rachel's mother slaps Rachel across the face. "Language!" She snaps.
Rachel slumps in her seat. Her mother sighs and runs a hand through her hair.
"When you get home your stuff will be packed and you will leave tomorrow morning."
Rachel gets out of the car without saying anything to her mother.
Rachel made it until lunch without the voices.
'Oh, Rachel!' Her only female voice, Binks, says.
'Yes Binks.' Rachel says back mentally.
'Will you do me a flavor?'
Rachel nodded.
'Use the tray to beat some girl.' Binks says.
Rachel obeyed.
She grabbed the tray from under her food and got up. She walked over to Hailey. She lifted up the tray, as high as she could before bringing it down on top of Hailey's head.
Rachel sat in the principals office. She was covered in a few different students blood. She had a sick grin plastered on her face, but she was crying. She let the principal and the cops know that she has schizophrenia.
The cop walks over. "Rachel?" He says, softly.
Rachel looks up, her face wet from tears.
"Hey, Rachel." The cops says, walking to Rachel. "I got some.. news." He says.
"I'm going to a Mental home for a long long time?" Rachel says more of a statement the a question.
They pulled up to the mental hospital and Rachel sighed. It was a boring building. Pale tan walls, barred windows, and a back yard with grass.
'They let the crazies play in grass?' Rachel asks herself, mentally.
"Come on Rachel." Officer Paul says to Rachel. "Let's go sign you in."
Rachel grabbed her back pack and suit case and walks in.
"Are you sure this is a Mental asylum?" Rachel asks Officer Paul.
"Yes. It looks lovely doesn't it." Officer Paul says.
Rachel nods.
"Robert! Robert Paul!" A little lady says.
She was no taller the 5 foot. Her curly brown hair bounced as she walks to the smiling Officer and the confused Rachel.
"Hello, Mrs. Ping." Officer Paul says.
"You coming to visit or do you got a new kid for me." Mrs. Ping says, hugging the Officer.
"I got a new kid for you. Rachel?" He says looking at Rachel.
Rachel stared at the ground wide eyed.
"B-Bugs!" She yells and climbs on the desk. "Get them away! No!" She yells, stomping killing the invisible bugs.
Mrs. Ping came over. "Rachel. Look at me."
Rachel looks and the bugs disappear.
"I-I'm sorry." Rachel says looking down.
Officer Paul helped Rachel down while Mrs. Ping says, "Don't be sorry, Rachel. Now, I know why you are here. I know how go help." Mrs. Ping says.
After Rachel gets admitted Officer Paul leaves. Mrs. Ping is showing Rachel down the hall to her room.
"We have a few rules here. One. No running in the halls. It freaks some patients out. Two. You must eat all the food given to you. Ask staff with green badges if you can take so food into your room. Three. When we go outside if you try to leave, you will be left out of outside activities. Four. Attend all groups you have been assigned. Five. Touching is okay. Just no sexual touching. Six. Make friend's! It helps to have people who understand you."
Rachel nods and goes into her room listening as the door shuts and locks.
Rachel walks to her bed, which is a twin sized bed with a blue pillow and blue sheets and blankets. The walls where purple and had stuff hung up from previous patients.
Five hours until dinner. At that point she'll make friends. Laying down on the bed she waited. For dinner. For the voices. For something.
