Lea places her hands on my chest.
"Leon." She whispers my name. I love the way it sounded on her lips. The way her copper hair flowed to her waist, her bright green eyes filled with happiness made me crazy about her. I cup her face with my hands. She stares back, green eyes unblinking. She then eases her way out of my grip.
"Leon, I'm so sorry that this has to happen." She breathes.
"What has to happen?" I ask. I was so stupid to not realise. She takes my hand and places something inside. Then she turns and and runs. Straight to the road. I could hear the sound of the vehicle before I even saw it. My eyes widen in realisation.
"Lea! No!" I call. Suddenly everything slows down. Lea's face is now streaked with tears as she stretches her arms wide open. The car spots her and instead of slowing, it speeds up. I start to run towards her but it was too late.
"I love you Leon." Then the crash happened. I turned away. When I looked again, the Drivers had disappeared. I saw Lea's body, ghost white, her green eyes blank. Her face had a cut on the right. That was the end for Lea. I just knew it. Suddenly, her green eyes opened. She sat up and turned to me.
"I love you Leon."
