Broadcasted out to every viewer,
stamped on paper, it couldn't be truer.
Laissez-faire demoralized,
stock steeple cursed its size.
Greedy prodigals went to jail,
never again to drink their ale.
Inculpable lives were then put at stake,
this would be more than just a headache.
Employment destroyed, nearly extinct,
worried hearts in shambles, swirling down the sink.
Repossessing came storming in,
like wild Rams protecting their kin.
Families shouting, crying, and stressed,
lost all their property, nothing else to divest.
Economic failure, change that could not wait,
brought sorrow to our land and impoverished the nations fate.
