Death, oh death
How you took my sweet Beth
All she said was bye
And then she went and died
Everyday she died a little more
Up until she opened the door
She grabbed the pills
And hoped they would kill
You knew this would happen
You went up and became the captain
She thought about you every day
Up until she went and laid
I think about you too
I wish my face would turn blue
I would like to join you
And I know I would not be new
I got the gun and put it to my head
All I wanted was to be dead
You think this is a game
That you are the leader and I am the tame
I think you are right
I thought about it all night
Would you accept me if I came through
All I wanted was to be with you
Death, oh death
You just took my last breath
Thank you for taking me
Life was the lock and you are the key
