Mountain Sector

The three reunite. Hiroki wandered about, blindly.
"What are you doing? The tower is the opposite way, Hiroki." Laura tells him.
"Hiroki. Are you okay?" Tamiya asks him.
Hiroki pointed the other way. His body slowly glowed.
"It's..." Sam couldn't say it in words, as Hiroki runs off.
"Hey! Wait up!" Sam and Tamiya quickly chase after him.

Supercomputer

"This is incredible! The source of energy... It's taken over Hiroki." Laura types on the keyboard, trying to figure out what it is this time. "Don't let him get away."
"He's not. He stopped." Tamiya says.
"Wait. Is that -"

Mountain Sector

"A tower?" Sam saw it as well, as she caught up with Tamiya.
Hiroki slowly turns to them and turns back, entering this mysterious tower.
"I think he wants us to follow." Sam hops down and goes.
"Hey, wait up!" Tamiya goes with her.

Supercomputer

"That's strange. I don't see the tower from here." Laura says. "This must be the source, then."

Mountain Sector

"Source of what?" Sam asks.
"The tower is blue." Tamiya points out.
"Theoretically speaking, if this tower was activated, and it's not red, then that means someone or something else did." Laura explains.
"Then it's them." Sam goes and carefully steps in. "Hey, Tamiya. You coming or what?" Sam calls out to her.
Tamiya follows, scared. "What do you think is in there?"
"Only one way to find out." Sam enters.

Tower

Sam enters and alongside her, Tamiya. Woah. They were jaw dropped from what they were seeing.
"This is amazing!" Tamiya says.
Sam was just speechless. They looked around but couldn't find Hiroki. Then, they look up. Above them, was another platform.
"I think he's up there." Tamiya says.
Sam steps on the center platform. "Yeah, but how do we get up there?" Sam takes a deep breath as she tries thinking how to go up.
Suddenly, her body glows. Sam opens up her eyes feeling the energy all around her. Tamiya watched. She looked around herself, but saw nothing. "Why am I not glowing?" She asked.
"That's because you're not thinking about going up." A voice said from up above.
"Hiroki!" The girls said.
"Just focus on going up. Erase all other thoughts. Focus!" He tells them.
Sam nods, and begins to close her eyes. She focused only to go up. In just seconds, she was lifted off from the ground. She was already ten feet above the ground, until Sam looked down. Afraid, she quickly dropped. She closes her eyes again and gets control before falling. Tamiya and Hiroki watch as she continues to go up. She finally reached the platform with Hiroki.
Sam chuckled, "That was fun." Smiling at Hiroki, he smiled back. Then, they looked back down as it was Tamiya's turn, now.
"C'mon, Tamiya!" Sam yells out to her. Then, Hiroki. They chanted out loud her name. Tamiya was afraid.
"I'm fine down here. Thanks." She leans back and looks at all the data that was floating around the tower. The two shrug, "oh well" to each other and got to work. Whatever it was.
"Must be fun up here." Sam says to Hiroki.
"Yeah, if I can remember." He sighs.
"What do you mean, remember? You mean you forgot?"
"Yeah. I remembered the three of us arriving at Lyoko, and after that..." Hiroki looks down to his hands.
"So when you glow, you don't remember anything?"
"Nope. Except the time I last deactivated the tower to stop our old evil friends. What's weird is that I didn't hear a voice around that time to help me deactivate the tower."
"So you had help before? Who?"
Hiroki stops for a moment and looks around and shouts, "AELITA!"
Nothing, except the echo. Down below, Tamiya looked at Hiroki as a weirdo. In her thoughts, she wondered what the heck was he doing. Why is he screaming out Aelita?
"AELITA!" He screamed out again.
"Okay, what are you doing?" Sam was looking at Hiroki weird, too.
"The first time I came in here, I heard a voice. It was Aelita the first time I came in. She told me how to get up here and deactivate the tower."
"Are you sure you're not hallucinating?"
"No I'm serious." Hiroki steps in center and sticks his hand out. Sam thought he was crazy. Then, a screen appeared. Sam jumped.
"Relax," he told her as she quickly unleashed a flame. Sam was startled, though. She didn't see that coming at all.
"What is that?!"
"It's just a screen, scary cat. It's what I use to deactivate the tower when I launch the code."
"What code?"
Then, Hiroki stretches his hand out again on the screen. It popped out with "HIROKI" written on the window.
"Cool." Sam was impressed. "Let me try." Sam touches the screen.
"No wait -" Hiroki was too slow to react. Suddenly the screen changed. A whole bunch of words and diagnostics then appeared.
"Oh now look what you did!" Hiroki mad at Sam.
"What, I'm sorry! Did I break it? How do we..." Sam taps all over the screen panicking. Hiroki, too. They didn't know what they were doing.
"What are you guys doing? Are you sending me data? Stop!" Laura says. And the two stopped. Hiroki elbows Sam on the side. Sam readies her flame out to Hiroki. Hiroki scared, apologizes.
