"I hope we could be really good friends" Kob said still a little unsure of what he is doing.

"That wasn't so hard" Grace said.

"Hey Mary Gold. Can I... never mind" Kob said.

"What is it? You don't need to be shy" Mary Gold said.

"He find you pretty" Grace said.

"What do you mean?" Mary Gold said.

"He really likes girls who has blonde or blue hair with blue eyes, and since you have blonde hair with blue highlights and blue eyes, he doesn't know how to act around you" Grace said.

"So you think I'm pretty?" Mary Gold said.

"Y-Yes. If you want I will leave you alone" Kob said.

"Don't, I would miss you if you left" Mary Gold said.

"Come on, I know you want to ask her" Grace said.

"Ask me what?" Mary Gold said.

"Can I braid you're hair, please" Kob asked.

"My hair? You want to braid it?" Mary Gold said.

"If you don't want it braided then I understand" Kob said.

"How about this, you guys go play in the forest and be back before dark while we talk about business with the two families" Linda said.

"I enjoy the idea, and Kob, please don't get in trouble, your father is done with you being rowdy" Grace said.

"Alright, come on Mary Gold, you won't get lost in the forest with me, I live in there" Kob said taking Mary Gold's hand.

"Alright" Mary Gold said.

Kob took Mary Gold into the forest and they walked around for awhile.

"You sure there isn't any bandits around" Mary Gold asked.

"No worries, I can take them, my uncle is King Cananda and I just returned from his war training" Kob said with a smile.

"I just hope you won't need to use those fighting skills for evil" Mary Gold said.

"Don't worry, I promise I won't" Kob said.

"You are really nice. I hope someday everyone will see that" Mary Gold said.

"That's the first time anyone has said that to me" Kob said.

"What does everyone say about you, can you tell me?" Mary Gold asked.

"I'll tell you once we get to where I wanted to show you" Kob said.

"O-Okay" Mary Gold said.

Kob took Mary Gold to a field full of mary gold flowers.

"This place is beautiful" Mary Gold said.

"Thanks" Kob said.

"Where did all these come from, did you just stumble upon it one day" Mary Gold asked.

"I planted them. This is all done by me" Kob said.

"It is wonderful, do you enjoy flowers?" Mary Gold asked.

"I love them, mostly these ones. I just hope no one comes and destroys this place" Kob said.

"That would be horrible" Mary Gold said.

"I will answer any questions now" Kob said sitting down in the middle of the field.

"Okay, first. Why do people not like you" Mary Gold said.
