Diagon Ally

"Aurora. Hurry. We still have to get your books." I hear my older brother Demetrius call to me. I had just been accepted at Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry a school my brother had wanted to attend but instead he got accepted to Durmstrang Institute were he was a fourth year.

Our parents died shortly after I was born, me and my brother were with our mothers sister for a visit when the news came. That Voldemort had killed our parents. Since then we have stayed with our Aunt Heidi and her Muggle husband Mason and their three kids, our cousins, Jakub who is two years older than Demi, Presley who is a year year older than I, and Michael who is two years younger than I. Jakub is a Hufflepuff at Hogwarts and Presley is a Ravenclaw.

"Aurora come on. We have to get back to Auntie soon. And we still have to get your books." I hear Demi say but I'm not paying attention to him. This is the first time I have been allowed to come to Diagon Ally. Since my Aunt says it's dangerous for me and Demi because we are Potters but I don't understand why she says that.

Suddenly I run into someone's shoulder and fall to the ground. "Watch it..... Sorry." I look up to see a Blonde boy about a year older than me staring at me with intense Gray eyes. "I....I'm sorry. I didn't mean to run into you." I mange to get out. My eyes hooked on his.

He reaches down and grabs my hand. "Let me help you up." He says with a smile. (Look I know I'm only 11 and a half but I can tell what a good looking boy is). He lifts me to my feet and smiles at me again. "T..Thanks." I say blushing. "I'm Aurora. Aurora Po..." I start to say before my cousin interrupts me.

"Aurora get way from him?" Presley screams running up to grab my arm. I look at her with a confused look. Then I turn to the boy. His gray eyes are clouded with anger. "Renwood. What do you think your doing in my business." His voice is full of venom.

"Well Malfoy, your business involves my cousin. So that makes it my business." Presley spits back. She pulls my arm away from him. I look at him with shock, how could an me be so nice one minute the so evil the next. I watch him take in what was said. "Your cousin." He looks at me. "Your really Renwood's cousin." He asks venom slightly still in his voice.

I nod and look down. "Our mothers were sisters. My name is Aurora Potter." I say quietly. I look up slowly to see his face. This time he is the one in shock. "P.. Potter. That's impossible. The there was only one Pureblood family with the name Potter. And their all dead. So are you a muggleborn?"

Before I can answer I see Demi walking over. "I have to go." I say before I run to my brother, my cousin following me.
