killer looks

          It was a strange night and there seemed to be a chill in the air that was unusual for a summer night. Ash was walking home from the park. He has lived in Night City all of his life. Just a few months ago, he met this girl named Amber. She Just moved there from somewhere. She never told him. They started dating about a month ago. Everything was doing ok until a week ago When the police found his younger brother john's' dead body by the river. They said it was a suicide when they saw the cuts on his wrists and a high amount of drugs in his system. The funeral was the day before. While Ash was walking down the street, he started hearing noises. He has been hearing noises lately. Always when he is alone. When he got home, he went straight to his room. He started to call Amder. But it went straight to voicemail. It has been doing that all day now for the past three days. Ever since the death of his brother, he hasn't been able to get a hold of her. He even went to her house and no one answered. She has been acting strange lately too. Ash hears the phone in the kitchen go off. He goes to answer it.

 "Hello," answered Ash.

"Hi, this is Officer Jones. I'm looking for Mr. Asher Smith," replied the officer.

"This is Asher Smith," Ash said.

"I'm calling to tell you there has been an accident and your parents were involved. I would like to have you come down to the station so we can talk," said the officer.

" Wait, what happened." replied Ash.

"I will be able to tell you when you come down here," he replied

Ash ran up the stairs to get his sister Suzie. They got into the car and were on their way to the police station. When they arrived at the station, Officer Jones escorted them in.

"Mr. Smith I need to inform you that your parents have died in the crash that happened this afternoon. I had you come to the station, so that we could talk a little more privately. It's about the crash. We are unable to locate the driver of the other vehicle, at this time. We would like to know if your parents were having problems? If they were fighting with someone? If someone had something to do with their death....?" questioned Officer Jones.

"My parents were perfectly fine. They don't fight or argue with anyone. Why would anybody want to hurt them?" says Ash.

Officer Jones replies, "If we find out anything else, I will personally let you know. In the meantime, if you think of anything else please call me."

"Ok, I will call you if I find out anything." Ash answers.

As Ash left the police station, he noticed that his sister wasn't in the car any more. He went back into the station hoping to find her there. No one saw her come in. There wasn't any sign of her. Suddenly Asher's phone started to ring.

It was Amber.
