chapter 1" weird dreams make for even weired realities"

vernon had been running for what seemed like forever. He didn't know how long he had been out in the woods, but he knew it was the safest place. his lungs started to give out causing him to stop. vernon fell to the ground gasping.he closed his eyes knowing that he was to weak to do much else.

later that day.....

seugkwan woke up hungry. he got up and went to the kitchen. " good morning how did you sleep?" joshua asked." i kept having weird dreams about humans. didn't they all die out a long time ago? seungkwan replied. joshua handed him a bowl of cerial. " that's what the council said but no one knows for sure. now eat." seungkwan picked up the spoon and started to eat. " what if they weren't all gone? what would the council do than?". "i don't know to be honest, but that's never going to happen." joshua quickly changed the subject. "it's really pretty today maybe you should go outside." " that's a good idea," seungkwan said getting up from his chair." i'll be back later." seungkwan went upstairs and got dressed.

as he was heading out the door, he was stopped by a pair of hands holding a jacket. " don't forget this." s.coups said handing seungkwan the jacket. seungkwan took the jacket "thanks." seungkwan walked out he door "wow it's cold out here." he started walking twords the woods.

when he neared the path in the woods he heared a strange noise. he looked around for the source untill he heard it again. before he knew it he was running towards the noise. the closer and closer he got the faster he ran.all of a sudden he stopped in his tracks the sight in front of him terrifying. a boy laying on the ground covered in blood. the thing that was chilled him down to the bone was, that the boy on the ground was the human he had been dreaming about.
