Chapter 2

The next morning

I open my eyes slowly. I take a look at the clock on my wall. It's 8:36 AM. I sit up in my bed and find my phone. I see a notification. Grayson have texted me back!!!
I open iMessage and see Grayson's text.
It says; haha ur welcome! It was nice talking to u and I thought it would be fun to get to know each other a little better 💓
I start smiling. Why would someone like him wanna get to know me?
I text back; well if u want us to get to know each other, tell me more about urself 💜
I get out of bed and go take a shower. After I finish showering I put on a pair of ripped skinny jeans and a t-shirt that is to big. My hair looks horrible so I just put it up in a bun. I usually dont wear makeup so why would I care putting on some today?
I go get myself some cereal and sit down at the table. My phone vibrates. I immediatly start smiling! Just the thought of Grayson makes me happy! I unlock my phone and read the text from Gray; soooo my name is Grayson but most people call me Gray. I have a twin brother named Ethan and an older sister named Cameron. You?
Omg😱 he has a twin brother?! Is there two of them?! I want to know more so I write; I'm Monika. I come from Norway but I decided to have a year in America to get to know this culture better. I stay in an apartment alone but I get money from my family back home so I can survive.. and I have a younger brother named Liam 😊 must be fun having a twin? What do u do in your spare time?
I continue to eat my breakfast while I go through my instagram. Nothing special has happend since yesterday. Then Gray texts back; well before I tell u what I do, tell me what u think of me 😏 like an honest opinion about what ur first impression of me was😊
Why would that mean anything? Well whatever Imma do it.. and like should I write that he is cute? I sit for a moment thinking what I should write.. after ten minutes I write back; okay? well I guess my first impression of u were that u had a cute laugh and smile.. and u seemed nice, caring and... well I have to admit that u seem pretty cool 😉💓 now u gotta tell me back and also answer my last question
Now I just gotta wait for him to answer. But I still dont get why he wanted me to tell him... I finish eating my cereal and go wash the bowl I ate it from. My phone is lying on the table but as soon as I hear a new text coming in, I run to get my phone! Gray writes; well thank you very much 💖 tbh I think u are beautiful and you seem very clumsy 😂 and you seem like a chill girl, and I like that 😊 okay so I asked u to write what u thought of me before I told u what I'm gonna tell u next cuz a lot of people only like me for what I do.... I make youtube videos with Ethan and well we have a few subscribers... just check urself.. The Dolan Twins 😉
What?! Omg! I go on youtube and write in the dolan twins... 4 million subscribers?!! Wow!! I scroll down their videos and come to one that sounds pretty funny... Grayson gets his wisdom teeth removed! I doubt that Grayson wants me to see this but whatever... I watch the vid and I laugh so hard that I feel like I'm about to throw up 😂😂 I have to text him back.. I write ; omg! This was hilarious 😂 and gosh... 4 million subscribers?! Congrats 💓
I push send and two seconds after I get a reply; what video did u watch?oh gosh I know which I dont want u to watch 😬
Hahha poor Grayson 😂 I obviously answer him, and right after I get a text with just 3 dots... I dont know exactly what I should reply to that so I just write; I'm sorry 😂 but u were cute 😉 dont worry😂

Grayson texts; hey... sorry for not answering but I was just too emberrased 😕 but then I realized that I cant be upset with someone because they watched something we shared with the 🌎...
I just text a laughter emoji and a smiley because, what else is there to answer? After a while he text me back; ... u wanna hang out or something tomorrow? Me, u and Ethan?
Omg! I start jumping around in my apartment!!!!! To dont seem to eager, I wait a couple of minutes before I answer; yeah sure! What do u wanna do and where shall we meet? 😊
It doesnt take long before I get an answer; meet us at starbucks, 7 PM 😉 wear something u can walk in 😏
I answer right away; okay sure.. I would usually ask what the plan is but I guess u r gonna surprise me? Anyways... see ya tommorow! Tell Ethan that I am excited to meet him 😊
I am so excited for tomorrow... but what should I wear? I go to my closet and find a pair of shorts and a crop top.. I would say that you could walk in that? I go to bed early cuz I dont want to be tired tomorrow
