Episode 2- Can't Do This Anymore

The dancers all walk in. Isaac is there and the pyramid is set.
"Ok dancers! We have a lot of dances this week, and after what happened last week, I don't want to waste my time again! Lets start. On the bottom, Nancy! You were late on the small group. Everyone was off, but you were the most noticable. Good job on the group dance though."
Nancy nods and Camila frowns.
"Next we have, Shane, John and Danielle. I get that you were under rehearsed, but that performance was truly horrendous. I expect more." Isaac says. "Moving on, Alex and Vanessa. You were average. Canadian Dance Company doesnt have room for average dancers."
Hannah frowns.

Hannah's TH
Vanessa nailed that duet. I'm not blaming Alex. I'm blamig the judges.

"Then we have Christ, Ona and Henry. Great job." Isaac says. "Second row we have Bella and Myles. And on top, once again, Briar."
Everyone claps. Briar smiles.
"Ok, lets begin. This week we are doing four solos; a small group and a group dance. The first solo is going to Myles. It's called Face The Shadow. And you have a big prop which is a huge clock." Isaac says.
Myles nods.

Myles TH
I'm super excited to be honest. I love dancing with props.

"The second solo is going to Danielle. It's called This Time and it's lyrical" Isaac says.

Danielle's TH
I enjoy doing solos so much, and I'm gonna make sure that I win this time. I need to prove myself again.

"The third solo is going to Fiona. It's called Beauty Never Lies and it's a contemporary piece. You are also going to use a prop. It's a table with drawers and a mirror in it." Isaac says.

Fiona's TH
I love using props, because it's so much fun and its something new.

"The last solo is going to Bella. It's open lyrical and it's called A Monster Like Me." Isaac says.

Bella nods.

"Now, the small group is going to all of the boys except Myles. I want Myles to focus on his solo." Isaac says. "It's called Heroes."
The boys nod.
"Now for the group dance. It's lyrical and it's called One Thing I Should Have Done. It's about how your actions affect your future and you may regret them."
The moms look at their kids. Can they pull off such a theme.
"I was wondering. Why exactly did you give them this dance?" Tracy asks. "They always do character or jazz. Its time for a change. They are more mature now." Isaac says. "Moms, you are excused. Myles, you stay here."
The others leave. Isaac brings the prop. Myles gasps.
"Do you like it?" Isaac asks Myles
"I mean, that's a huge prop. How will I be able to dance using it?" Myles asks.
"You'll see."
The moms were sitting and looking at Myles dancing.
"I personally like his solo." Ally says.
"It's something new and fresh." Gianna says. "I love the song to be honest. That mystic vibe is really special."
"Just wait until you hear Bella's dance music. It's beautiful." Tracy says.
"Of course it is." Hannah says. "She is one of the favourites."
"What do you mean by that?" Lauren asks.
"I mean that it's clear that Isaac loves Briar, Myles, Laura and Danielle." Hamnah says.
"That's not true." Cierra says.
"You can deny it if you want, but Fiona and Serena can do a perfect routine with a broken leg and they will never get praised the way that Danielle gets praised just for a turn." Carly says. "My daughter always gets the worst choreo, the worst costume and it gets annoying."
"Maybe if your kids could dance like our kids, they would be praised more often." Tracy says.
Ally gasps.
"You did NOT just say that!" Hannah yelled.
Isaac went to them. "You guys are really loud! I'm working wuth a dancer there. If you want to yell, go di it outside. We have rules and working ethic here!"
Hannah sat down, annoyed by Tracy.
The rehearsals with Myles ended. Isaac started teaching Danielle her routine.
"I'm personally not a fan of this dance." Cierra says.
"Why? I like it." Gianna says to her.
"It's just that everyone has a special solo, abd there goes Danielle. Same old choreo, same theme, same costumes. She can do better."
"I feel like she needs to stick to this style." Ally says. "It's obviously what she does best."
Cierra sighs. "I don't know. I hope that she places well."
Fiina's rehearsals start.
"That's beautiful!" Jeanette says.
"It really is!" Maggie saya after her, gasping.
