Quota is defined as an official limit on the number or amount of people or things that are allowed. Imagine Love having a quota, kinda scary right? Why would it not be when only a handful of people is expected to achieve the desired outcome in falling in love.
The concept of Love having a quota is not mine. I read a book written by one of the Philippine's best screen playwright, Mr. Ricky Lee, entitled "Para kay B". The book revolves around the story of five women who fell in love. Different circumstances, different worlds, different norms, different beliefs, one even failed and felt to be forever doomed. Despite the gravity and morbidity of the story, there is but one that succeed. I asked my self then, is it safe to assume that out of five only one will hit it big?
Fortunately though, I felt otherwise, I believe Chance, Fate, Destiny, Serendipity, Fortune or whatever we call it will do the trick. Hence, I came up with my own version of Love's Quota.
