I still remember the day of the fair. Just laughing and running away from problems. I think that is funny how these memories can just fade away in one second. He was my best friend. He was a part of me. The kind of friend that with his smile he could tell you that everything's okay. He was the kind of friend that would give he's face to protect you of any problem you'd faced with him. I cant believe I let him go. I will always remember what he told me.
"One day I will cry until I laugh. One day I will laugh until I cry. But either way, I know that you will be here right next to me, laughing with me, or wiping the tears from my face"
But I didn't do it. I didn't wipe the tears from him. I didn't laugh with him. And know there's nothing left to do.
But I promised.
And no matter what I will Never Forget The Summer Of 1997.
