Yesterday when Bobo woke up at the funeral, I was happy and my heart was filled with joy. I stared at her and sighed when she was still looking at us weirdly. The curtains were covered the sunlight because we weren't sure if she could enter it or not.

"Bobo?" I said and she looked at me

"Do you want to try entering the sun?" I asked and she stood up. We walked towards the front door and everybody held their breath. I stood in front of her and opened the door before turning to her

"Are you ready?" she released her breath and she nodded

"Yes" she said. I stepped away from her and watched as the rays from the sun hit her caramel skin. Nothing happened and everyone shouted in happiness. She closed the door and sat back down causing me to sigh. She looked depressed and she hadn't agreed to complete her transition.

Seyi went to her side before pulling her in for a hug.Kaden's eyes were on Seyi and Mia didn't look so happy. I stared at Kaleb who was looking at Dabobo before cleaning my face

"I'll be right back everyone" they all nodded and I stepped out of the house. I walked to the middle of the road and laid on the bare ground. I heard a car coming from the distance before I braced myself for the pain. The driver drove over me before pressing the breaks and coming down from the car

"Oh my God" she held her face and walked close to me

"Are you okay?" blood was everywhere; to be specific my blood and I sat up and smiled at her. I closed my eyes and stared deep into hers

"Call 911" I compelled her and she furrowed her eyebrows at me

"You're a vampire "she said under her breath and I rolled my eyes

"Long story short, yes I'm a vampire" I said and turned to her

"Call 911" she raised her hand up. I felt sleepy all of a sudden before staring at her with drowsy eyes

"Who are you?" I yawned while asking her

"I'm a witch" her voice became distant as I slipped into oblivion.

I woke up because of the smell of herbs and felt a slight pain on my head. I turned to the girl and growled at her when she smiled at me.She knelt down and handed me a cup which was filled with blood. The scent overpowered my senses and I closed my eyes

"Who are you?" I asked and she smiled

"You can call me River" I rolled my eyes and tried to standup only to fall back down

"I don't think you should walk right now" she knelt down and placed the cup under my nose

"I just took a trip down memory lane; well your memory lane"she removed the cup from under the nose and kept it on my lips. I drank the blood in it and cringe when I tasted an herb there

"It'll help with the migraine" I nodded and she sat down beside me

"So tell me Philip, who's this Bobo?" I sighed and turned to her

"She's nobody love"
"that's not what your memories tell me Philip" I sighed and turned to her

"She's my mate" she smiled before she stood up with the cup in her grasp

"So why did you want me to call 911?" I shook my head at her question and turned to her

"It's complicated" she smiled and sat down

"I can help you know" I shook my head again and turned to her again

"She's a vampire in transition and I don't think she wants to go through with it" she nodded and held her hand to me. I took it and she pulled me up.

"So what are you trying to do Philip?" I shook my head and she motioned for her couch and I sat down

"Talk to me Philip" she held my face and I slowly removed her hand

"You should be afraid of me River" she smiled and held my face

"I think I should be saying that to you Philip" she removed her hand and crossed her legs

"When you're ready to talk Philip, spill water over" she stood up and held my hands. I felt myself disappearing and I turned to her alarmed

"I still need blood for Bobo" she smiled and shook her head "you'll get blood by the right time Philip, just have patience" I nodded and I found myself in Kaleb's house. I looked at everyone and saw Bobo staring at Dawn oddly. She closed her eyes when they turned red and opened them back. She smiled at Dawn before picking her up

"Hey Dawn" Dawn smiled at her before pecking her cheek

"Bobo, Bella said I wasn't going to see you again" Dawn said and Bobo cleared her throat

"Well her I am" Bella came outside after Bobo talked and collected Dawn

"I'm taking her to the hair dressers" we all nodded at Bella's announcement before she stepped out with dawn. Kaleb came out before turning to Bobo

"Bobo I'm sure you've missed water" her eyes brightened at his voice when he said water and she nodded her head

"Let's go to the stream" he held her hand and I stood between them

"She's not going anywhere Kaleb" Bobo sat back down and Kaleb glared at me

"Give her some space Philip" I rolled my eyes as he pulled Bobo up

"Let's go Bobo" she stood still and looked at me making me to sigh

"Fine you can go but you have until dusk" she smiled before her and Kaleb left excitedly. I rolled my eyes and heard my name coming from behind. I turned to Seyi and she smiled

"We need to talk Philip"
