let's start the tut! ________________________
1. Open up picsart and make your cover (the base, etc). Do not add your model yet. Once you've finished your base, then proceed to adding the model.

2. Click on the stickers tab and search up glow. Select your sticker(s) and add your model. Do not save yet.

3. Once you've chosen your sticker, you can adjust the glow however you like. Make sure to put it on Screen, because if you don't, it won't have that effect.
You can change it's color (use the Adjust tab and choose Hue), lower the opacity, etc. Then, make it bigger and place it on your background. Put your model on top.

lmao sorry for burning your eyes with this crappy png (but i lurv cara so), i was lazy so i decided to use a sticker 🤷🏻♀️
4. This is the fun(ish) part! Now, open up another glow. Then, place it on top of your model (like you did for the background). Doing this will make your glow look better and blended in.

5. Now, click on the eraser tool. Lower the size of the brush and make the brush softer.
