waking up the next morning Trey didn't feel Kali's warm touch. he went downstairs to see her in some boy shorts and a tight fitted wife beater for women. He slid up behind her as she flipped the steak over.
"good morning" she smiled moving over to the eggs and cheese
"good morning" Trey kissed the tattoo on the back of her neck
"how you sleep"
"good - I missed your touch though" Trey said easing his way up to the breast cupping them.
"you tend to try and get butt naked nasty when there is a baby in the house"
"butt naked nasty or naw can you make it butt naked nasty or naw" Trey sung as he playfully danced around making Kali laugh
"you stupid" Kali shook her head getting three plates out. she turned around into the lips of her beloved

"I love you Bonnie" Trey wrapped his arms around her waist
"I love you too Clyde" she caressed his face before they heard coughing Trey furrowed his eyebrows running upstairs with Kali right behind her.
Getting upstairs they both stopped and Kali gasped covering her mouth
"call 9-1-1 Kali" Trey said as he went to his daughter side. Kali called 9-1-1 and within 15 minutes they were carrying Riah to the ambulance.
"who are you guys to her?" a paramedic asked
"um-" Kali was cut off
"we are" Trey said
"alright only one person can sit in the ambulance with her and the other one can drive"
"I'll drive" Trey said looking at Kali
"okay" Kali said before following the paramedic towards the ambulance

Trey and Kali sat in the waiting room waiting on results from the doctor
"where is my baby?!" Mona came in
Trey stood up and walked over to her
"I told you not to let nothing happen to my baby Tremaine!"
"I did nothing but kept my daughter happy!" Trey said
"then why she in the hospital? huh?! that bitch been putting her hands on my child?!" Mona screamed now pointing the finger at Kali ..
"hold up momma don't you dare try that shit" Kali got up standing behind Trey
"bitch last time I checked you ain't shit but his girl so back the fuck up for I fuck you up"
"I will mop the floor with yo dusty ass bitch keep fucking with me" Kali said making a promise and not a threat
"try me" Mona said smushing Kali face
"bitch!" Kali went off grabbing Mona by her ponytail slinging her around Trey hitting her in every possible spot possible. by now everybody's watching and security is trying to get Kali off of Mona .. at the moment Kali is dragging Mona by her hair as the security is trying to pull her away. she finally let's go by the exit
"I told yo ass you had one more fucking time Mona" Kali screamed as they carried her away. Trey was right behind her as a nurse and security guard cared for Mona.
"whoa whoa whoa officer no need for the handcuffs" Trey said stopping the officer from arresting Kali
"I'll talk to her - help her cool down" he assured them
"- well alright - but next time she's going in" the officer warned
"alright" Trey said sounding as proper as he could. He looked at Kali who had a mug on her face pulling her over to the car he stood in front of her.
"what in the hell is wrong with you fighting in a hospital"
"she star-"
"your an adult Kali"
"but -"
"I dont wanna hear it - I got yo ass when we get home" Trey said .. Kali knew he wasn't playing .. she just stared at him with puppy dog eyes
"now go" he said pointing towards the hospital .. she looked at him before rolling her eyes and storming towards the ER where the doctor was waiting for them...
"oh yes Mr. Neverson?" the doctor walked up to both of them
"how is she doctor?" Kali asked
"well - her blood test came back and it seems that Riah has Leukemia"
"Leukemia? - how is that even possible" Trey asked as his voice cracked
"we're not sure and that's what we're focused on right about now -"
"she will pull through right?" Kali asked
"well - at a chance yes she can because it hasn't reached a high peak we can calm it but it will take time"
Trey couldn't take - he walked off
"okay - thank you doctor" Kali said as she went to find Trey.. when she did she could tell that he was hurt .. she wrapped her arms around his torso and laid her head on his chest
"she's going to be fine baby - she strong just like her daddy" Kali said
"I just - all this time - she just ... got damnit how could -fuck!" Trey slammed his hand on the table making Kali hug him tighter"
"I don't wanna lose my daughter Kay - I can't lose her" Trey said as tears fell ... when it comes to his daughter nothing else matters ... that's his pride and joy other than Kali .. the only blood that he had left.
