It's happening again.
Memories are flooding
I'm drowning
Drowning deep down
Begging and crying for help
But it's pulling me down
Too afraid to accept the reality
That it's a past

I can't stop being miserable
These voices in my head
They don't let me forget.
They hit me Hard
Really hard.
I'm screaming inside
Please tell me
It's not real.

This is something
I can get through
