Prologue

Marinette's POV

Marinette Dupain-Cheng looked around herself and she saw a single Blonde haired girl in the room, smirking. Mari was on the floor, crying. Chloe, the blonde haired girl smiled and laughed

"maybe you should just kill yourself, you're pathetic and nobody loves you or cares for you"

It was late at night, about 10:20 and Marinette had fallen asleep during class but nobody knew because Chloe had covered her up. Marinette had awoken at 9:00 pm and she was being constantly taunted by Chloe. She couldn't take it and she had cried on the floor, first slumping against the wall, then she had sat against the wall and hugged her knees to her chest.

Marinette looked around and she ran away crying, she ran out of the room, out the school and onto the streets. It was pouring outside and she hung her head, standing by the road and cried as the rain surrounded her. 

Why is my life so horrible?

Adrien's POV

Adrien Agreste was sitting on a bench, with an umbrella over his head as he stared at the stars, waiting for his car ride. He was thinking about how wonderful and beautiful the stars were and then he fell asleep. He dreamed about a beautiful girl with blue eyes and blueish-blackish hair in pigtails smiling at him and he immediately fell in love with her. After a while he woke up, soaking wet as his Umbrella had slipped from his grip. He grabbed it and checked his watch, 10:30 it read and he raised his eyebrows. Then he heard a girl crying. He looked over and saw..

the girl from his dream. But unlike the girl in his dreams, this girl had no hope in her eyes, she was sad and tears ran down her cheeks. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying and she stood next to the road, hanging her head and the rain surrounded her, like a cloak. Adrien looked at her and he promised next time he saw her he would help her.
