Pixlr - Basic - Simple

Heyy!

In this chapter, you will learn what sizes you use to create Wattpad covers, icons and banners.

Take Pixlr.com first and go to Pixlr Editor. We're going to start with the tutorial!

Format Cover.

After you have opened your pixlr, press "CREATE NEW IMAGE"

Then you will see this:

Change width in 512 and height in 800. These are the dimensions of your cover. You can, if you want to give a name to the cover, but you can save it as well. Later in the book more about. If you want, you can still make the background of your cover transparent by clicking the square next to "Transparent". If not? Then your cover has a white background from the beginning. If you are satisfied with what you have filled in, click on "OK" and you can start!

Format Icon.

Open as in the cover pixlr and press "CREATE NEW IMAGE"

Fill at width 128 (Edit of Skareh: 500 can also be used, or larger even, but Wattpad can limit how much kb / MB / GB Wattpad will save your profile photo) and so on. Click "OK" and tadaaa! The correct format of your icon.

Format Banner.

Open like the rest of the pixlr and press "CREATE NEW IMAGE"

Now fill in at the width of 1920 and at the height 600. Press "OK" and you have the right size for your banner!

Most of you obviously knew the size of the cover, but hopefully now also the profile picture and banner!
