~Prologue~
"i'm going to stay with dad.its not fair."i said now shouting.
"calm down,jenny.you dont really have a say in this,whatever the judge says is final."my mom said calmly.
"what do you mean by i dont have a say in this,we are talking about my feelings here and you sit there and tell me i dont have a say in this."my mom was silent for the rest of the journey to the court. Few minutes later,we pulled over in front of the big state court.i dashed out of the car,i spotted my dad,i ran to him and gave him a hug..the judge walked in and we all sat down and the court was in session....

"case dismiss."the judge bellowed.i walked down the aisle of the court and stood outside sadly,fighting back tears.i later ran to my dad's car and stood there jst crying.then my mom walked up to me
"jenny,come on.lets go."
"no i'm not going anywhere with you,am staying with dad no matter what."i said inbetween sobs.
"jen,you cant stay with me,the judgement has been passed."my dad said opening the door of the car.
"no dad,dont force me...as i spoke dad drove off leaving me and mom on the side walk,as i watched my father drive away,i cried even more.
It was painful
