Megan has the same parent's as Spencer. When their dad left Spencer and their mom when Spencer was ten years old he took her with him. Megan grew up despising her dad for separating her from Spencer. In turn for her being mad she vowed to work hard in school to prove to her dad that she was smarter than him. She graduated school at the age of fifteen and went to college and graduated top of her class. She then moved out leaving her dad never talking to him again.
After she left her dad she began searching for her brother. She found out that their mom was put into a hospital and visited her. She told the workers to not let anyone know she was visiting her mom. When her mom saw her she was confused at first but after talking to her she got her mom to finally remember her.
Megan has an IQ of 178.
