Elena's P.O.V
Stefen and I were sitting on the porch talking "Elena you've been closer with Damon lately" he stated glumly,sadness in his dark eyes.I sighed,knowing it was true "I guess becoming a vampire made me realize my feelings for him" I told him. "So that's it then" Stefen sighed,I frowned down at my hands "I guess it is" I mumbled and walked inside the Salvatore house,leaving Stefen on the porch.
Damon's P.O.V
I was in my room,listening in on Stefen and Elena's conversation. Elena has feelings for me? Really? My thoughts were interrupted by a knock on my bedroom door "Damon?" It was Elena "hey,come in" I said and she came in,closing the door behind her "listen Damon I-" she started but I cut her off "I heard,and Elena, you know how I feel,I wanna be with you more than anything I've ever wanted in my 178 years on this earth,so I'm ready when you are" I told her. There was a moment of silence as Elena seemed to be thinking of something to say "I'm ready" she breathed. I used my vamp speed and stood right in front of her "are you sure?" I asked in a low voice. Without answering,Elena reached up and kissed me softly then pulled back just enough to look into my eyes "I'm sure" she whispered,unable to help it,I smiled and kissed her again,this time with more passion and love "I will always choose you" I whispered,wrapping my arms around her in a tight hug which she returned without hesitation. This was it,I finally got the girl,and I never intend to lose her.
