It was the end of the year. Everyone gathered at the most popular bar in Seoul to celebrate the new year. You were there with your friends, having fun, dancing to every single song and drinking everything you could. Your boyfriend was late, as always, but you actually couldn't care less because you didn't like him at all. His name was Kikwang. He was so obsessive, he didn't like when you talked with other boys, he was too protective and you were tired, you just wanted to be free. He messed up everything, including your relationship with your best friend, Seunghoon. Your life turned out to be a nightmare when he had a fight with Seunghoon, your best friend, but also the one who truly loved you. He really loved you and Kikwang destroyed everything.

But tonight, all you wanted was to drink to forget how messy everything was. You were actually so happy to have some fun because since Seunghoon disappeared from your life, you became a dark person, cold hearted and mean but everytime you had the chance to be with your friends, you felt like a new person. It was good to be with them.

"Y/N, we missed you so much!!! Kikwang affected you way too much, you should break up with him" one of your friends, Hyojin, said while dancing with you.

"I want to, but at the same time, I'm so scared of his reaction. I don't love him, I don't really care about him but I'm just afraid he can do something to my friends or even me, again".

"Are you talking about... Seunghoon?" Hyojin said looking at you with an upset face.

"Yeah.. He didn't deserve what KIkwang did to him, it was so painful seeing him getting beaten up but I couldn't do anything. I hope one day he forgives me" you said, almost crying.

"Maybe "one day" is today..."

You heard a familiar voice behind you, talking to your friends and laughing. You were so scared to turn around and see the person that came into your mind, of course you felt sorry but you weren't ready to deal with it tonight. But, new year, new life. You needed to talk to him.

You turned around to face him and his beautiful smile was gone. You could tell that he was even scared of you, but you didn't care and approached him with tears in your eyes and hugged him tightly. He was totally blank, he didn't know what to do or what to say.

"Seunghoonie, I missed you." You said softly while hugging him.

Hyojin ran to the DJ and asked him to play the song that you used to sing with Seunghoon almost every time. Lee Hi's "Breathe" was playing now and both of you were looking to each other with tears rolling down your faces. 2 years passed and your feelings were the same. Seunghoon loved you and still loves you. And you finally realized that maybe you really belonged to him.

"Let's get out before your crazy boyfriend appears and kicks my ass again" Seunghoon said and grabbed your hand.

You were on his car and you could tell that he was surprised. He didn't say anything else, since both of you left the bar, he was still blank and teary. He wasn't expecting this, he came to the bar to have fun and celebrate the new year and now, you were with him on his car. It's awkward but you were happier just because you had him beside you after 2 painful years dealing with someone who does not treat you like a woman but like an object. Seunghoon wasn't like that, he treated you like a princess, he was always worried about your health... Kikwang was just a nightmare dressed like a daydream.

"We've arrived to my home. Hope you don't mind it but I feel more confortable talking here with you. Is it okay for you?" He asked you.

"Oh, yes, I'm fine with it. As long as we can talk and solve our problems, every place is good for me." You replied with a smile on your face. You were happy. Truly happy.

He grabbed your hand and closed the door. He was facing you again, with those beautiful brown eyes and his breathing was heavy. The deep eye contact between you two was making you unconfortable because all you wanted to do was kiss him. You couldn't miss this opportunity again but there wasn't enough courage, so you broke the eye contact. You were walking towards his room and you were getting goosebumps. Every single memorie that you made with him was coming to your mind. You were feeling even more guilty. His life was a mess because of you and there wasn't enough sorry's that could take away all the pain that he felt that day.

"I'm sorry, Seunghoon. I know I messed up, I know I wasn't brave enough to help you. I'm also sorry that our friendship ended up like this. I hope you can forgive me." You said out loud so he could listen clearly.

"I accept your apologies but friendship? Are you friendzoning me?" He said while gives you a back hug.

"W-What?" You asked. You were confused now.

He broke the back hug and was now in front of your face. He was looking at your lips and licking his lips and he decided to kiss you. He kissed your soft lips, you were literally screaming inside and you broke the kiss. You were looking at him and smiled. You were so happy to finally kiss him, you really felt like you were dreaming but it was happening. You were kissing your best friend, who loved you for so long. You kissed him again and you couldn't stop now. You pulled him closer to you and he started to kiss your neck. Your hands grabbed his shirt and you took it off and you could see his abs.

"You work out a lot these days, am I right?" you said while smirking.

He smiled at you and kissed you again, biting your lower lips ever so often and wetting his tongue with yours. The clothes were all over the floor, both of you were crazy and moans were the most exciting sound coming out of your mouths at the moment. Seunghoon was kissing your neck and he kept going down, kissing your boobs so gently and squeezing them while you moan his name out loud. He was satisfied that he could spend the last night of the year with you beside him. And you were enjoying it so much. He started fingering you slowly and you couldn't keep yourself quiet.

"Are you enjoying it, babygirl?" Seunghoon said with his lower voice.

You really wanted to answer him but your moans didn't let you say anything else than his name and he liked it. Your phone was ringing, you tried to reach it but Seunghoon stopped you. You quickly thought about Kikwang, maybe he was waiting for you in the bar. But you didn't care, Seunghoon positioned his erection over your entrance and started to thrusting you and once again, you were moaning out loud.

After a while, he stopped. You were in his bed, beside him. You felt like you were in heaven and nothing could let you down now. You heard people outside screaming "10, 9, 8 (...)" and you grabbed your phone quickly. You were looking at the hours and when midnight came, you and Seunghoon looked at each other and kissed. New year, new experiences, new loves, new life. Seunghoon was crying of happiness and you hugged him.

"I always dreamt with this. Spend the night with you, start a new year beside you. I'll make you the happiest girl on earth, I promise. I love you." Seunghoon affirmed.
