I was walking out of the great hall, not paying attention to where I was going and stumbled into her. She was pale, Slytherin, I knew who she was but wasn't sure so I had just kept walking. Just then Draco Malfoy and his gang raced past me. It dawned on me. The Girl was Adison Coffrin, a fellow 5th year. She was average height and had brown hair, while I was short for my age with an auburnish hair. The thing about Adison was that she was half-blood, half muggle-half witch. She was constantly bullied, since Slytherins, were all supposed to be vicious Pureblood who frowned upon the idea of magical blood "reproducing" with muggles. I knew something bad would have happened if I didn't. I couldn't hold back, I darted in the direction Draco went. I reached him in the 7th corridor, so I grabbed his collie and yanked. He turned around and scoffed.
"Crabbe,Goyle" he said to his friends, "this Gryffindor thinks she can stop me from beating this mud blood"
I stared him coldly in the eye and said "I do"
Just then professor Dumbledore came around the corridor entrance. He looked from me to Draco and whispered our names with a small ftown purses on his lips.

" Miss Smith, I assume you were there to stop Mr.Malfoy from doing,?"

"I wa-" the blond boy started

"I asked the young lady, Draco"

Just then Professor Severus Snape walked in by Professor McGonagall' s side. Snape nodded at Dumbledore and have a small flare to Malfoy.

"Well the two of you better get on to your next class" Snape said in a low voice that may have resembled a growl.

Adison and I had arranged to meet  everyday after lessons by the black lake. We usually talked about what would happen in our 7th year. She always came up with the craziest stuff. One day she said maybe she would use obliviate on her mom and dad to erase all of their memory of her. I turned that idea down but reassured her that if she did she could stay with my family. Adisown and I were a bit more known at Hogwarts to the point where we had an average sized friend group. But Ads still wasn't accepted in Slytherin. I started to question if she was meant to be in ravenclaw.   She was the smart friend, who got the best marks  and was a favorite to a majority of the teachers.
