Meredith checks if she got all her stuff for the third time. Clothes, ticket, her notebook.
'I'm gonna miss you.' a voice says and Meredith turns around.
'I'll miss you too Hannah.' Meredith says and she hugs her best friend.
'It was nice being home for a while.' Meredith says.
'What is the next country on the list?' Hannah asks.
'Canada.' Meredith says and she gets her bag. Hannah's little sister runs into the room.
'Bye Mer!' she says and she wraps her little arms around Meredith's waist and hugs her.
'Bye Grace.' Meredith says. Grace lets go and runs off.
'Have fun in Canada.' Hannah says while hugging Meredith one more time.
'Thank you. I'm sure it'll be amazing. I've always looked forward going to Canada.' Meredith says.
'I wonder if you have space for a bracelet of Canada.' Hannah jokes. Meredith looks at her arms. They are covered in colorful bracelets. One for every country she's ever been to. They're from all over the world, Africa, Europe, Asia. The next one will be from Canada.
'Meredith are you ready?' Hannah's mom says.
'Yes I'm coming!' Meredith walks downstairs and she an Hannah's mom get in the car and drive to the airport.
'Have a great time sweetie.' Hannah's mom says.
'Thanks.' Meredith says and she walks into the airport.
