The year is 1914. The year that the great war started and took place. It ended in late 1918.

Britain before getting into war with Germany was at peace, everyone was getting on with their lives peacefully until the assassination of Austro hungarian duke Franz Ferdinand.

The british soldiers at first thought this war would be a walk In the park and all they had to do was drop a few Jerry's and go home victorious in fact all ally and central powers factions thought the same but little did they know what was upon them across the battlefield.

When world war 1 started Britain originally wanted to keep out of it until Germany invaded Belgium. Britain signed a treaty saying they will protect Belgium from attacks therefore causing Britain to go into war with Germany. Great Britain, France and Russia (known as the triple entente) were now at war with Germany and Austria Hungary.

Upon going into war the kaiser of Germany said Britain was stupid for entering the war because of a "scrap piece of paper" (disagreeing with the treaty Britain signed to protect Belgium).
