Chapter 1- Brother

Alphonse POV

I stared at Ed.

He was defiantly the brother of mine that went missing.

With cat ears and a tail.

I wanted to ask him a lot of questions, about how he was even a cat, how he went missing-

"Al, could I possibly have some clothes?" Ed asked. I blushed bright red when I realised Ed was trying to cover himself with only his tail. I threw him the cloak he usually wears, for some reason I had been carrying around with me.

I really had been missing him.

Ed awkwardly put on the cloak and picked up the collar on the floor next to him. He sat down next to me on the bed.

"So, how did you become a cat exactly?" I asked curiously. Ed stared at the floor.

"I-I don't remember much actually. I was walking alone when someone knocked me over the head with something heavy. I lost consciousness. Then I woke up on the floor of a laboratory. They were muttering things about it being too obvious. Then they put a collar around my neck. A flash of light was all I saw and suddenly I was a cat. I ran away from there, and found you after a week of searching" Ed explained. He fiddled with the collar, and ripped away the leather covering. A clatter was heard, and a small cluster of stones fell to the ground. Ed backed away from them instinctively. I picked up one of them, instantly recognising what they were.

"It's those fake philosophers stones" I said puzzled. Ed was hissing at the stones for some reason, his teeth were pointed. I threw him a stone.

On contact on the stone, he became the small golden cat I had picked up. He battered away the stone. In an instant my brother was back.

"What the hell was that for Al?!" Ed hissed.

"It's obvious whenever you come in contact with one of those fake philosophers stones, you take the form of a cat." I said. I stared at the small cat ears on top of his head.

"How the hell are we going to explain this to Winry and Pinako?" Edward muttered
