Y/N P.O.V:
"Give me all your money or we will shoot!" The man in the black ski mask yelled. He had a gun held to my mother's head. My dad was running around the house looking for money, and stuffing it in the man's bag. I on the other hand was hiding. I could see and hear evreything, but they couldn't see me.
"Thats all the money we have now please let my wife go!" My dad cries. The man chuckles and looks at my mom then back at him. He looks over to the other man next to him and says three words.
"Kill them both," and with that the man with the money leaves and the other man shoots both my mother and father. They quickly leave and as soon as they do I come out of my hiding space.
"Mom? Dad?" I look over at them. Both of them had a gun shot on their head. I started to cry. This couldn't be happening.
"Mom! Dad! Wake up! Wake up!" I scream through the tears.
"Mo-"
"Mom!" I wake up. I sit up and sigh. That was the third time this week. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I was seven when it happened. Who new that a perfect day could go so wrong. I let out a sigh and look at my hands. Before the ambulance took my mom and dad's body that day, the police gave me thier wedding rings. When I told him why he said 'it's something to remember them by.' I haven't took them off since that day. I let out a heavy sigh and check what time it is. It's 4 am. Well  I have work at 6 so I might as well start getting ready. Ever since my parents were murdered, I wanted to become a detective. Not only to help other people, but also to find the murder of my parents. Eventually after alot of training and four years of university the I started working for the Los Angeles detective unit. I stayed on my phone for about an hour and then at 5 am I officially started getting ready. I hopped in the shower and started of my day. After I ate breakfast, brushed my teeth, and dried my hair, I then put on my uniform. (Pic above ^^^) The thing about my job is that wearing a 'uniform' is just wearing casual clothes. I have to blend in as much as possible with the outside people. I'm not a police man. I'm a detective. Big difference. Before I leave the house I look at myself in the mirror. I fix my Y/H/L Y/H/C hair and make sure my badge and gun aren't noticeable. You want to manipulate the criminal into thinking you're a normal person who won't potentially put them in jail for life. I grab my keys and head to my car.

----------------------------- Time Skip ----------------------------

I park my car a d head into the station. I'm meet with the usual detectives and meet with some new criminals. I go to my desk and go over today's cases. Boring, boring, boring I think. Since I was one of the youngest in the unit, chief didn't give me much of the interesting and dangerous cases. After I finish reading my cases, Detective Ross, calls me.
"Good morning detective. Chief would like to see you in office." I smile and nod. I walk over to chiefs office and knock.
"Come in" he says.

"Good morning Chief. Detective Ross told me you would like to see me."

"Good morning Detective. Yes I would like to see you because I have a case I need to discuss with you. Now this case is very dangerous. I need to trust that you will be able to do this case without a problem. Understood?"

"Yes Chief. So what's the case about?"

"You will be dealing with one of the most dangerous criminals in America. He is most wanted in 21 states and has gotten away with murder, robbery, and drug dealing. He is suppose to be headed to a club tonight around the area and we need you to bring him in. Here is his file. There is everything you need to know about him and the case."

"Thank you Chief. Will I be working with anyone on the case?"

"Yes you will be working with Detective Weekes. Any further questions?"

"No Chief. Thank you." I was so happy. I finally got a big case. The only thing that annoyed me was that I had to work with Weekes. Don't get me wrong he looks like a good guy, but something about him was off, and I could feel it. Anyway, I head back to my desk and look over the file.

"Sorry I'm just really intrigued by this case. This guy escaped prison 3 times!" He just looks at me and chuckles.
"I know it's incredible. Anyway, at 7 pm we will be meeting for our dress and make up and equipment. After we will head over and capture Urie. Questions?"
"Nope. So I'll see you at 7."
