This is a one shot book about Anthony dinoozo jr aka tony, there will be father and son moments between Tony and gibbs and brotherly love with probie as well as a Maybe a little bit of tiva to.
Gibbs looked at shadow and then at tony, "dinozzo why the hell are you bringing your dog" Gibbs asked a little annoyed the they weren't getting out of there as soon as he wanted to "because when I was a police officer at Baltimore shadow worked with me on from time to time, and she's one hell of a dog. She can help" "if she's that good why didn't they keep her?" Kate asked curious "because when I came to work here she just wasn't doing as well because me and her already made a strong bond and she missed me. So they let me keep her because she wouldn't even go after the bad guys anymore. So because they new how close we are they let me keep her" tony said looking at Kate and Gibbs then at shadow, who was wagging her tail happily.
Gibbs thought about how the dog could help take in Gus newman, "fine but if your dog gets in the way you and her can just wait in the car" Gibbs said pushing the close door button, "fare enough" tony said patting her head and putting her leash on her color.
They got to the bottom floor and went to the car and left with tony forced to be in back with shadow who was laying on the floor by his feet, Kate looked back at them and shadow looked up at her actually giving Kate puppy dog eye and acting all cute get Kate to pet her, Kate gave in and scratches behind her ear and tony chuckles "she roped you in Kate, she gets everyone to pet her by acting like that" he said and she sighed, "how is it your dog acts like you" and he just shrugged.
After a few minutes of Gibbs's wild driving they made it to the bar, they got out and Gibbs and Kate walked in while tony and shadow stood by the entrance in case he ran, gibbs looked around not seeing him so he called McGee "hey boss" Tim said picking up the phone, "where is he?" Gibbs asked looking around, "he's at a table in the corner of the room" he said and Gibbs looked at the far corner of the room to see a bald man with a two birds one stone tattoo on his upper arm.

Kate went to the bar to keep watch as Gibbs sat at the table Gus was at, he looked up at Gibbs, "can I help you?" He asked obviously drunk with a strong scent of whiskey on his breath, " Gus Newman?" He asked to make sure, " yes what do you want" he asked, Gibbs pulled out his badge showing it to him, "ncis agent Gibbs, I'm going to need you to come with me" he said, but as soon as he said that Gus threw his drink on Gibbs to distract him and ran to the door, "he's getting away!" Gibbs yelled.Kate stood from her seat yelling "stop!" And tried to run after him but to many people were in her way.
Gibbs pulled out his Walky talky and spoke into it, "dinozzo he's about to go out the door be ready" he said as soon as the man went through the door, he grabbed Kate's hand and the tried to get to the door as fast a possible.
Tony was leaning against the wall next to the door as shadow sat next to him, he looked at her and shadow looked back up at him, "you exited girl?" He asked petting her head and she just wagged her tale, suddenly he heard his walky talky go off " dinozzo he's about to go out the door be ready" he heard Gibbs say, but halfway through Gibbs telling him the door flew open and he saw a drunk Gus Newman stumble run down the stairs and run down the side walk, "let's go shadow" he said following Gus, shadow right next to him.
Gibbs and Kate ran out of the bar to see tony and shadow running after Gus Newman as fast as possible, "come on Kate"Gibbs said taking off catching up with them Kate right behind him, Gus new he had to bale but he was to drunk to think where to go and tony new that, he's dealt with so many drunks that he new the type of mind set they had when drunk, Gus tripped and fell but he got up and ran down a ally way but it was a dead end, " put your hands behind your head and kneel to the ground!" Tony yelled at the entrance of the ally.
Gus turned around but didn't put his hand to his head, tony pulled out his gun and aimed it at him, "on the ground, NOW!" Tony yelled, Gus in his drunken mind thought it would be best to attack tony, don't be like Gus.
He took two steps toward tony when tony said "attack shadow" that's when he heard someone come up behind him, he turned his head slightly to see Gibbs and Kate standing behind him "hey guys glad you could make it" he said and looked back to see shadow biting his arm and pulling to hold him there and Gus was yelling at the dog and trying to kick her off him.
Tony walked to Gus putting his free hand behind his back and cuffing it only cuffing the other after he told shadow to release, and started reading him his rights, and walked out of the ally way as Gibbs called in a police car to take him to jail (or how ever it is they do it).
It was the end of the day and everyone were finishing there reports, when they finished Kate stood up and grabbed her coat and walked over to Tony's desk and kneeled down in front of shadow petting her on the head, she stood up and looked at the others "night"she said walking out, McGee said night to all of them and left but not before petting shadow on the head as well, tony looked at shadow then stood up grabbing his coat as well, "night boss see you in the morning" he said standing up about to leave, "hold up tony" Gibbs said standing up and walking over to him, tony couldn't help but feel a little bit of panic, 'did I do something wrong?' He couldn't help but think, gibbs put his hand on Tony's shoulder "you did good today tony" he said and Gibbs could tell tony relaxed, "oh well thanks boss" tony said smiling.
Gibbs gave a small smile then, 'wack' tony flinched as gibbs hit the back of his head, "thanks boss" tony said "your welcome" Gibbs said petting shadow on the head, grabbed his coat and walked over to the elevator "and dinozzo next time we got a man on the run, bring your dog" he said stepping into the elevator and left.
Tony looked at shadow kneeled down and rubbed her head and kissed the top of her head, "welcome to ncis shadow" he said and stood up and they went home for some well deserved rest.
