"Hello?"

I knocked once more on the door.

"Hello?!"

I waited for a while and then turned back to look at Sophia, who was currently in the drivers seat of the limo. I sighed. "I'm wasting my time," I mumbled under my breath.

I turned around and started walking down the steps, but then the door creaked open. I stopped and turned to see a polar bear dressed in black.

I slowly went back up to address the mammal.

"Uh hello..?"

He grunted.

I smiled nervously.

I was about to say something else when a certain bunny walked up to the door.

"Oh hi (Y/n)!" She said cheerfully.

"Hey" I greeted, although it sounded more like a whisper.

She gestured for me to come in.

Before I did I waved to Sophia, signaling she could drive off.

She waved back and mouthed 'good luck'.

I shuffled quickly past the polar bear.

We walked down the long corridors silently.

"Why is it so dark in here?" I asked.

"The owner of this place likes to keep it that way, so don't complain, ok?"

I rolled my eyes.

"Why would I complain?"

"Don't know, just a hunch."

We walked into a large room with walls painted a gloomy red.

The carpet, a light khaki color with designs on it.

And on the ceiling in the middle of the room, a chandelier that only shed light onto the table below it.

There were people surrounding it, not many though.

"Hey everyone, I'd like you to meet (Y/n)."

I waved.

"Hey (Y/n)" everyone tirelessly said.

"Please, sit," Hopps said as she walked to the front of a board.

I looked around but there were no vacant seats left.

So I stood there watching... from afar... until someone tapped my shoulder.

I turned and saw that same fox who helped Hopps retrieve my phone.

"Hey there sweetheart," he smirked.

I looked directly into his jade eyes.

I blushed at the thought of him calling me that.

"Here, you can sit in my seat."

I hesitated but walked over to the chair he pulled out for me and sat on it.

He stood right next to me and put his arm on the chair.

I sat up straight trying not to hunch over.

It was hard concentrating for some reason.

I couldn't focus on what Hopps was saying.

"Pumpkin your sweating, a lot," he said.

I looked at him "How uncouth of you to tell me so, if your going to say something rude like that then don't say it!"
Everyone looked in my direction.
