Taking it to the next level

              I was on my Monday night stroll through the park at 10 o’clock at night. It was foggier than normal. The park felt deserted, no one was in sight. The lights flickered as I walked closer to reaching the end of the park when a gust of wind past me. I suddenly got goose bumps. “I have been expecting you” a young male said from a distance. I immediately stopped in my tracks, Someone was expecting me.

     “Oh don’t flatter me dear brother!” said a female not too far away from myself. I suddenly noticed that I wasn’t the one being talked to and I shouldn’t have been there during they’re conversation

 “you missed dinner!”

    “Yes, But I heard it was wonderful!”

They must have had something planned, And she missed it. I started to walk away from they’re be supposed to 'Private conversation' knowing that they didn’t know I was there I snuck behind a tree, I knew what I was doing would be wrong but I had to see what their plans were.

    “How is that awful mortal you are dating?”

    “He has a name, and Richard is doing fine.”

    " I don't care for his wretched name, all i know is that he is the reason why you missed dinner!"

    "Yes! I admit it! But who even cares, he is a poor innocent human"

    " INNOCENT! I THINK NOT! HE IS GOING TO HURT YOU!"

    "How so?" 

   "I dont know yet!!" he said yelling at the top of his lungs. The girl rolled her eyes. I couldnt believe it. They were vampires and they were talking about us humans. I had to get out of there, so i stepped back on a branch and it snapped. My heart dropped. They started getting closer to my hiding place. Theyu stepped behind the tree and the male begun to speak. " How rude were you listening to our conversation?!" 

   "I apologize. I must get going." I said with my head pointing down so that i wouldnt make eye contact. I figured that if i talked without slang they would think I were a vampire as well. 

"You are a human and we know you are a human, So please cut the act. I like you though. So please, do me a favor and dont tell anyone my brother's and I secret. I promise i wont suck your blood." The girl said politely but a little bit scaring. 

   "I WONT!! But if you want to be my friend put your number in my phone because i seriously have to go. I am too late for my own dinner" i said laughing. She put her number in my phone and i headed home thinking what just happended wasn't real. I thought that they would kill me. 

   I woke up the next morning with 68 messages from the vamire girl from last night, man can she ever spam. I answered her texts and called to meet up with her. We both planned to meet at her house, Out in the country where there is miles until another house to be seen.

    When i got to her house it was HUGE. Bigger than any house i have ever seen in a long time. It was a white house with black window shutters. The grass was as green as it could be and there was a fountain when you drove in the driveway. "HELLO! welcome to the rocksons home! Shelby has been expecting you!" One of the house keepers said taking my coat. I supposed That was the vampires name. She led me upstaris to a 2 doored bedroom. "Well, Shelby is inside her room. Please do feel free to enter at anytime" she said with a creepy smile.
