I stopped at the beach, I got a chocolate ice cream, my favorite, and I walked down the pier for a peaceful morning (even though it was 10:30 am and the beach is packed) I sad down on one of the benches and check my phone,

INCOMING MESSAGE. Great, what now? I looked at the text..

"Hey stiff, how about lunch? Just you and me?"

I smiled knowing that it's Ashton,

"I don't know about that, I'll think about it,"

I texted him back and saved his number.

"Well, think then"

He texted back instantly, I smiled

"Give me time"

"Okay i'll give you ten seconds. One"

"Ten, times up stiff" a voice behind me suddenly said and at that moment, I froze. I turned around and there he was, standing behind me, "so?" he raised his eyebrow, "um.. okay..." I mumbled, "well lunch is not for another 4 hour, so what do you wanna do?" He asked, I looked at my watch, 11 am, "well actually right now I gotta go home," I stood up, "But I'll see you later Ashton," I said, "okay stiff" he smiled, "Stop calling me that," I turned around ready to skate away, "well then tell me your name," he said, "Gotta go," I skated off...
