Summary - Jughead Picks You Up For Prom Xx
Homecoming was tonight, for you this was a big deal, why? Because Jughead asked you to go with him and this was a massive deal not only because you have had this massive crush on him for practically all your life but because Jughead wasn't really the type of person to go to a school dance let alone The Homecoming. You and your best friends Betty and Veronica spent the entire of Friday preparing for the night ahead of you. You went into town and had your hair and nails done then picked out your dresses. Back at your home did each others makeup and imagined ahead of time what could possibly happen tonight after the terrors that had occurred in Riverdale this past month. For a moment you daydreamed about your beanie boy, about what life would be like if you two had a chance to be together, and wondered if there could ever be a time where you managed to pluck up the courage to tell him how you truly feel about him.
Soon enough the time rolled round to when you had to get ready to leave; carefully enough to not ruin your stunning hair and makeup you helped each other into your dresses and shoes. The doorbell rung through the house. Nerves flushed through your body like electricity through a wire, you only ever got this nervous when you were around him, you and the girls rushed down the stairs to see the three boys standing nervously in the front room talking to each other about god knows what. As a group you walked in and the room fell silent. "Woah Y/N y-you look erm.... Amazing" Jughead stuttered out. Your face flushed a dark shade of crimson then you replied with a "Not too bad yourself Juggie" then it was his turn to look down and blush. You giggled quietly to yourself.
Tonight was the night. Tonight was the night that you were going to tell him how you truly feel. You were done with hiding it anymore. Y/N loved Forsythe Pendleton Jughead Jones The Third.
