Leo POV
It was Friday in fall of my freshman year of highschool and it was about the end of class as I introduced myself to my new Literacy class
"Hi, my name is Leo Thatcher. I just moved here from Monterey California, and I'm kinda a geek."
Hi, my name is Leo. You're probably wondering why I'm introducing myself to a class in a mid of fall, well, I just moved from Monterey California with my mom. I'm a transgender female to male person with a gay personality, yep that was weird.
"Now since Leo is new, he's gonna need some help from others. Please everyone introduce yourself and say something about yourself to Leo. Who would like to help him around with his classes and lunch hour? "
Shit, now some girl is gonna show me around. This is a great start to high school.
"I will, Mr. Mourus." a deeper voice said from the back. Having an empty seat next to him, he started to walk towards me. He was wearing a grey school sweatshirt. He grabbed my binder and showed me to my seat. As we sat down he said
"My names Eric, by the way."
Shit he's actually kinda cute, with his spiked yellow hair like literally every boy in this grade, but his eyes, GOD DAMN IT LEO THE FIRST DAY AND YOU ALREADY HAVE A CRUSH.
"Let me see your schedule," he said as he extended his arm to grab the schedule
As I handed him my schedule he grabbed a sharpie from his backpack. I presumed he was gonna write on a piece of paper, so I grabbed my binder and handed him a piece of paper.
"No, no I write on my forearm. It's easier to keep track of." Eric had said as he uncapped his sharpie and made a chart of my classes and class hours. "Oh hey we have the same core classes, same time too. Oh wait you're in advanced math, so am I." Eric had said as he stopped writing on is forearm as he has finished writing my last class, slowly lifting his head to look at me.
"And gym class." I quietly said as I started to look up as him.
"Good eye."
"Thanks," I said as I tilted my blushing face down
The bell then rung, as I grabbed my binder and put on my backpack. Eric's friends called his name. He started to put his backpack full of his books on his back. But after he did that, Eric had grabbed my hand and said...
"You need to learn to be swift in these halls because the crowd is very large, you'll get lost easily if I don't hold on to you."
"Ok.." I replied back very quietly as my face turned more red than it was before, and quickly put my oversized sweatshirt sleeve over my face.
"You're cute you know that," Eric has said after we started to walk through the halls, as he continued to hold my hand.
As we walked through the halls, people were staring at me. I don't know if it was they were confused about my gender, why I was holding on to a guys hand or because i'm new.
"Here's the advanced math room." Eric had pointed out as we started to walk into the room.
Great, everyone in here is staring at us. My hand it still covering my face.
"THATS GAY." a random kid had shouted as I let go of Eric's hand
"Actually its called being straight, Greg," Eric had said as he started to let go of my hand.
How come in every class he has a empty seat next to him and the fuck how does he make me blush with literally every sentence he says? Mr. Scheid had started class after he had said that. He started to call out names and checked them off of a list. I believe he was doing roll call.
