"My Lady, your father wishes for you to meet him in the Great Hall once you are done dressing." The small handmaiden uttered her words quiet as a mouse, she continued dressing her Lady within focus in her eyes.
"Thank you, Alia." I smiled at the young girl, leaving her smiling back sweetly. "My father has seemed strange since he arrived back from Winterfell, is it just me?" I was curious to know if I was the only one noticing my father hinting at my future since he arrived home.
"Yes, Lady Y/N. He has been quite strange talking of grandchildren and all." My other handmaiden, Meri, piped up with her head still in my wardrobe as if she was sniffing for an outfit.
"Perhaps it's something that comes with age." I giggled quietly before helping Meri find the right dress and pulling it over my long brunette locks.
I slipped on some heels and my necklace from grandmother before slipping out of my now messy chambers to find my father.
"Father." I call out as I slip into the great Hall, scanning the room for my usually broody father.
"Y/N! Daughter! Come over here, my lovely girl!" My father, Mace Tyrell, called out to me from the other end of the hall, near the large doors. I obeyed his wishes and walked towards him, he linked my arm with his and we began walking towards the gardens no less.
"Greetings, Father." I smiled as I kissed his puffy cheeks, causing him to giggle ever so slightly.
"My young girl, Y/N, I wish to speak with you of a matter that requires some seriousness." His lips turned to a straight line as he sat us down on a bench, his hand never leaving mine.
"You are a woman now, Y/N. It's about time for you to be married. Your sister, Margaery will be wed to King Joffrey soon enough.
"Father, you cannot be serious? Me? Who would I even be wed to..." I hadn't expected this sort of news to come from my father. He had always seen me as his young rose, his little girl. Truly he couldn't be serious, could he?
"Well of course I'm seriously, Y/N. Your sister and I spoke of this before she left for King's Landing. She encourages you to keep an open mind as well as an open heart." My father had his hands gripping my hands tightly as if to comfort me. I knew it was useless to argue, I'd be married soon enough to some stranger.
"Very well father." I nodded simply, leaving a smile on my father's face as he began to discuss the arrival of my betrothed and how it would be magnificent.

My light purple gown was flowing as I walked down the passageways, my destination was no other than the gardens, where my father would introduce me to my betrothed. He had told me very little of the man and refused any information into my brain.
"Y/N! Finally you have arrived!" Father seemed nervous as he trotted towards me, his cheeks jiggling with each step.
"Father, Good morning." I smiled to him, planting a kiss on his forehead before he looped his arm with mine, leading me to the designated dining area, the table was decorated with my favourite purple and blue flowers as well as some small white ones.
We seated at the white chairs that were padded with comfy cushions, my father immediately grabbed a bunch of grapes from the fruit basket and began nibbling on them.
As I was about to press my father for information I saw shimmering gold armor step out from the archway decorated with flowers, the man walked closer, each step seemed effortless. His lips grew into a smirk when he noticed my gaping mouth.
"Lady Y/N." The handsome blonde smiled at me before he kissed my hand ever so sweetly.
"It seems as if we're to be married." He whispered softly, his smile never faltering.
"It seems so, My Lord." I smiled back at the beautiful man, it would be a pleasure waking up to such a handsome face each morning for the remainder of my life.
"It is an honor to meet you." I curtsy politely.
The handsome Lord requested a walk in the gardens and so we began our walk. He pulled my close, our arms linked as we walked through the garden that was filled with beautifully scented flowers. We spoke for what seemed like hours before our walk came to an end, at sunset.
"Lady Y/N, I must admit I do look forward to our wedding day." He smirked before placing a gentle kiss on my cheek, allowing his lips to linger so he could whisper in my ear, "As well as our wedding night."
I blushed at the Lord before he left me with my father back where our walk had started.
"So? Will he do?" My father broke my dream-like state after a short while.
"Oh yes father, he is perfect." I smiled as I sighed happily, already falling for the Golden Lion.
