So Confused

I look around. Still not really knowing what happened. Why? I'm in a hospital. I get that now. What...the...? I remember what happened now...

*Jade's Last Memory*

We're in mum's car. We're going on a trip to Alton Towers when...Car. Vauxhall Corsa. Crashes into my mum's car. Driving on the wrong side of the road. Drunk. Mum and dad are fine. They only have a few scratches and bruises. Me, being the younger and weaker one, got it worse. I was knocked into a coma.

*Reality*

Car crash...! That's what happened! But, I look so different. There's a mirror to the left of me. I stare at myself for a bit. I look older. I AM older. How long was I knocked out for...?

Then, I look at some notes on the table beside me. The writing is small so I squint my eyes to be able to read it. "So far, Jade has been knocked out for 10 years of her life..." oh. I'm 19 now. Okay.
