"Maybe we should use our own money to get food?"

Kyle suggests as they walked down to the supermarket, leaving Marlene to her own devices (Sagi convincing her to go to a bakery for a while and eat to her heart's content and even handed her some money).

"That's a good idea—but she'll still steal our food anyway."

Peter sighs, pushing the trolley as Joshua grabbed packages of food from the shelves, using a list Christina had sent him by text once informing that Marlene was eating everything.

"Maybe get our own fridges?"

"That's expensive. And that will make the electricity bill go up, you goofball."

Joshua would say to a disgruntled Kyle, Sagittarius following right behind with her hands in her pockets.

"We'll think of something."

She would say, giving a dismissive shake of her head. "I don't know how long I'll be able to hold her off for long."

And Joshua turns to her, a brow raised.

"Maybe take her out on a couple of dates?"

He notices that Sagittarius's face immediately turns a bright red at his suggestion, stopping dead in her tracks. "That sounds like a good idea... but I doubt Mar would go on a date with me because all that's on her mind is food. Daily."

She would groan and Joshua placed a hand on her shoulder reassuringly.

"Just go ask her. If it doesn't work out, text one of us and we'll be right over, even if it'll take us an hour or so to get to wherever you are."

He sees Sagittarius roll her eyes before shrugging her shoulders and leaving the supermarket, Peter, Alessa and Kyle gaping at him.

Joshua then turns back around and noticed the trio staring and gaping at him.

"What?"

"HE'S ENCOURAGING DATING ACTIVITY!"

Peter would yell as they started to walk home, carrying the groceries—Joshua way ahead of them because he was annoyed at half of the team taking everything he said or did out of proportion (Peter especially).

"Yeah, so? It's normal to be dating people at our age."

"You're not looking to ask her to be your girlfriend right?"

And Joshua blushed, shaking his head. "My chance with her is unlikely, and I've accepted that. But I still like her—besides, I have my eye on someone else."

He then walks off as fast as he could, Peter's eyes widening as he rushed after him, Alessa and Kyle sighing.

"WHO? WHO ELSE COULD YOU POSSIBLY HAVE A CRUSH ON?!"

"WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I TELL YOU?!"

The team had arrived home and dispersed to finish off any remaining chores or work.

Then they came out of their rooms to find Sagittarius and Marlene asleep on the sofa, appearing to be snuggling each other, limbs a tangled mess.
