The types of dere tend to be slipt differently in groups depending who you ask so I'm gonna do it the way I split them
The Core Ceres
These are the four main kinds because they are the most famous and many types of Ceres posses traits they have
Tsundere: From my knowledge this is the most seen type and may even be the first proper dere. The word is a combination of the Japanese words Tsun-tsun (meaning to turn away in disgust) and deredere. Tsunderes tend to be mean cold or hostile to the one(s) they love because of different reasons depending on the tsundere but the most known reason is because they don't want to show their true feelings.
Yandere: Possibly the most famous dere of all I already explained the names origins in the first chapter these deres are violent psychotic and in many situations homicidal when it comes to love. All they want is the love of a particular person and will kill torture blackmail and kidnap people for it however yandere can be very diverse so I might make a chapter or a separate guide for them.
Kuudere: this explanation is a lot more simple then the last two since they are less diverse. Kuudere comes from the words cool and deredere however in recent years there are now Coodere which I'll explain later. Kuuderes tend to seem cold blunt and unemotional but tend to be very caring deep down.
Dandere: Coming from the words danmari meaning silent and deredere. These characters are very shy and usually awkward. They tend not to talk or socialize much because they're too shy.
The Outer core
These are types of dere most otakus are at least familiar with and if you've watched a few series you've most likely seen these ones
Kamidere: Comes from the Japanese word Kami meaning god and deredere. Many people say characters like Light Yagami is a kamidere because of his god complex however that's only half of what makes a kamidere remember the dere in kamidere implies they love someone in a romantic way so therefore not all god complex characters are kamidere
Himedere/Oujidere: You might be wondering why I'm putting two dere types together. Well its because the only difference is gender. Himedere comes from the Japanese words home meaning princess and deredere and oujidere comes from the Japanese words ouji and deredere. Himederes want to be treated like princesses and oujideres princes.
Mayadere: I actually can't find this terms origins. A mayadere is someone who is against and may even want to kill someone but ends up falling for them instead.
Undere: Comes from the Japanese words un meaning yes and deredere. These characters are quite submissive. They basically just do what ever the one the love wants.
Deredere: despite the standard meaning for deredere. When a character is referred to as this it doesn't have everything to do with love in actual fact a deredere is an energetic fun loving and kind character in general of course the character is in love though if they are a deredere an not just an energetic nice person.
Yangire: Comes from the Japanese words yanderu and kiru meaning cut or snap. This dere is a question mark because you can debate weather or not its a dere at all because the often aren't in love but do the same things as yanderes for different reasons. However recently a term for yangires in love has been made. Yandegire is a yangire in love
Recently famous Ceres
These Ceres until recently weren't very famous but now they are
Kanedere: Comes from the words kane which means money or gold and deredere. It could aslo be debatable on weither these characters really are deres or not since they tend to only care about money or status
Coodere: are basically a kuudere with a pinch of tsundere. They can be quite mean unlike kuuderes who are more blunt.
Sadodere: Comes from the words sadist and deredere. A sadist (someone who takes pleasure in causing pain and sometimes humiliating others) in love.
Bakadere: Comes from the words baka meaning idiot and deredere. A clumsy girl in love.
Others
These are the other kinds of deres I know. They aren't really famous.
Thugdere: Comes from the words thug and deredere. Its exactly how it sounds.
Shundere- Comes from the words shun and deredere. They tend to be depressed and have a tendency to ignore and avoid others.
Hinedere: i can't find the terms origin. This is what happens when you mix the traits of a tsundere and a sadodere with some kamidere traits (they are more cocky and full of themselves rather then a god complex)
Hajidere: Can't find the terms origin. Basically a dandere set to the extreme they constantly blush and if you like one then you should make the first move since they have a lot of trouble confessing although if you do they might faint before they answer.
Doredere: nice on the outside DEEPLY disturbed on the inside.
Oujadere: Lady like characters.
Baccehdere: Spoiled and in love.
