When Laura was a child she was thought that to be a girl was to be a wife and to be a wife was to wait in your husband hand and foot any time any day . So like any other girl at the time, as soon as she turner sixteen she was married .At first it was this new exciting thing with new endless possibilities but as the days grew into weeks grew into months and as months grew in to years Laura's felt claustrophobic she couldn't breath as she got no time to rest to interact with people , at least not until he moved to town. His name was Lucas ,Lucas Mc Greavy he was the talk of the town,because he was only twenty two and he had been married twice people said that it was because he had killed his first wife after he heard a rumors of her having an affair and his second wife was a young woman who had come from a long line of slaves and servants but as soon as Lucas set eyes set eyes on her he knew that she was the one he wanted ,she had heard the murmurous within the servants but through a blind eye as Lucas had promised her all the finery and jewels she could imagine.She had been blessed by the saints and and was pregnant but she soon lost the child when Lucas heard he blamed her and she believed what he told her ..... ''your useless ,your not good enough ,you have one job to be a woman and you can't even do that right '' she tried to get away from him and his poisoned words but then she realized it all men were like this she had seen it with her own father and the poison he had pored into her poor mothers ear ,she decided to take her fate into her own hands and she went in to town and bought the strongest rope she could d fine that was the last time anyone  seen her alive !, some might have said that it was the weak way out but it was her only way out she had tried to get away she had tried to tell her self that it was not her that fault these things happen but nothing worked she would not have the mental capability to deal with this violent blatant abuse for the rest of her live no one should be expected to do those things man nor woman ,her name was Nancy Mc Manus . The towns people spoke about him so much Laura felt as if she knew everything about him,she felt as if she could walk up to him and they could talk for hours upon hours as if they were old school friends .Laura thought of her self as a quit capable woman and that she could handle pretty much anything as she had been married to a lowly excuse of a husband who was just a drunkard, Laura felt an instant connection with Lucas and that was one of the few fatal mistakes Laura made .Lucas had tried to get close to Laura he bought the farm right next to her husbands and he and her husband became close and Lucas was in her house more and more often and when he felt he had a strong enough threshold in Laura's life he started to touch her hand under the table and he slowly seducedher and soon enough Laura had fallen in love with Lucas .Her and Lucas had this secret place in the woods where they would meet and the soon devised a plan they would round up some wolves ,they would get Laura's husband really drunk ,they would then slit his wrists and leave his body a mile or two away from where they rounded up the wolves and then they would smel the blood and finish him off and have to wait three or four months and then once the morning period was over they would get married .Laura did not care for the fact that Lucas had apparently killed his first wife and drove his second to kill her self you see everyone has two faces ,a dark side and a light side you see its the one they chose to show you is what you base a person off but both Lucas and Laura had shown each other their two faces and with that comes great
consequence but they were ''in love '' and love apparently concurs all.......
