Josh is... was... Mackenzie's first love.Sure, she had other boyfriends but, none of them loved her or she loved none of them, the way Josh and her had loved each other. Josh would come over on Friday nights and hang out with Mackenzie even when his friends wanted to hang out. In the halls at school they weren't that one popular couple that when you see kiss they look like a vacuum cleaner no they were the ones that made you stop and go "awe!!!". Yeah, they were that couple. Last Valentine's (before the accident) Josh bought katie 100 roses and wrote a 100 reasons why he loved her. She meant the world to him. Now, Josh doesn't even really come to school and if he does he's drunk or high trying to get over the thought of her. They were soul mates , and now he can't move on. He claims that she's not gone and she came to tell him that she was okay and she only needed a break. He didn't show up to the funeral and I honestly don't blame him.I only showed up because my mom said it would help me find closure but just seeing the cuts on her broke me down. I didn't get to see her face. But, josh on the other hand claims that he held her one night in his bed like he used to when she would get scared. But , she was gone the next morning. He still walks past her locker hoping she will be standing there. She never is though.
