Access Denied

Chapter 1- The Virus

     "Noelle's the name." she said. 

     Noelle was the average girl. You know the type, normal black hair, brown eyes. She was that type. She goes to Luxia High, the school known for its enchanting beauty but dark mysteries. Why did she decide to go there? I honestly have no idea, but today was the start of her first day at the school.

     With the sun partly being hidden by the white clouds, Noelle's footsteps could be heard while she was walking quickly to her classroom. She thought to herself, "This school is absolutely gorgeous! I really don't understand how people could say there are dark mysteries hidden here." Her hand reached the door knob to open the door to her first class.

     It was nothing like she expected, let's just say that. All of the students had a blank expression while writing down everything the teacher was saying. To be honest, only the teacher was the slightest bit like Noelle had expected. "Miss Lora" was what was written on the board. Miss Lora had her hair up into what looked like a failed attempt of a messy bun. Her hair color was a pretty shade of brown, she had a warm smile, too. "Ah, you must be Noelle. The new student?" Miss Lora asked as she smiled brightly. All of the other students looked turned their heads up to look at Noelle. Surprisingly, the reaction wasn't cold, but warm. They smiled at her and waved. Now usually, Noelle would smile and wave back, but what made her hesitant was that they moved in a robotic matter. All turned their heads up at the same time, then all of them smiled, and then they lifted their hands into a wave. Noelle wasn't one to judge, so she just gave a small smile back. "Class, this is Noelle. Please introduce your self to the class." Miss Lora said. Her heart just stopped for a second, because she wasn't the type to just speak willingly. The rest of the class looked at expectantly, so then she spoke. "Hello, my name is Noelle. This is my first day here, although for most of you guys it should be the tenth day. My birthdate is January the fourteenth, and I hope to have a good time here." Noelle said. She ended it off with a big smile hoping to get a reaction out of the other students, but they just shrugged and went back to their work.

     Noelle looked to the back where an empty seat was. She saw that right next her seat was a dude playing on his phone. It seemed to be an adventure game. Anyway she walked past all of the other desks and went to her seat. She swung her backpack off and took out her things. The usual stuff that everybody has, really. You know, pencils, pens, notebooks, textbooks. She flipped open her black notebook with the bts logo on it and started to write down what she thought was important.

     While writing, she noticed that all of the other students were playing the same game as the other dude next to her was. They were just tapping away. Noelle wondered to herself, "What's up with everyone playing this game, and the teacher just smiling everytime she catches them playing this?" She shrugged and just continued with her work. The teacher was talking, the students were playing, and Noelle was just writing. After about an hour, the bell rang. Everybody got out of their seats and went away.

     Noelle walked to where her locker was to get her stuff for her next class. The halls were much quieter than she expected. Everyone's eyes were glued to their phone screens all playing the same game. She noticed how most students stopped playing the game after five minutes, and some who didn't. The ones who didn't got worried looks from everyone else as they kept tapping away. Finally, she got to her locker. The girl whose locker was next to her smiled. The girl had medium length black hair and was getting stuff out of her locker. While Noelle was going to her locker, she had noticed that this girl was also playing the game, so she must've known why everyone was playing it. Noelle asked her, "Excuse me, but do you know what game everyone is playing and why everyone stops after a while?" The girl looked up at Noelle and answered in a sweet voice,"Yes I do. The game everyone is playing is called Escape." The girl smiled at Noelle as she continued to get things out of her locker. "Thanks for telling me that part, but why are most people acting weird about it?" Noelle asked curiously. The girl's cheery feeling dimmed down a bit and she answered, "That I cannot tell you. You'll have to find that out yourself." As if on cue, the bell rang to signal that it's time for the next class. The cheery girl smiled again and said, "By the way, my name is Daisy." and ran off. 

     After the final bell rang everybody rushed out of the school. Noelle's footsteps could be heard on the sidewalk as she downloaded the game Escape. She tried to find information about the game but there was nothing on why everybody acted so weird to it. All that was in its description was "Sensational male group BTS trespasses a mansion where a past popular girl group called Dreamcatcher were brutally murdered. They enter to never return and to be killed, making them ghosts as well. As you enter this haunted mansion, there is no saying if you will survive or die. BTS will try to help you get out of the mansion as Dreamcatcher tries to kill you." and "Be careful while playing." As she looked up, she heard screams. Noelle saw nothing there but ran to her house anyway. Her heart was pounding as she opened the door to her house. Her parents where still at work, so she went up to her room. She was too (jung)shook to play the game, so she just changed into her pyjamas and slept that night.

     The next day, all that she heard from the cheery girl was, "They were killed."  and "The virus is real."

A/N: Oml my hands are tired now. Soo, yeah! That was the first chapter of Access Denied. I hope anybody who is reading this enjoyed! I have a full storyline set and I just need to fill in the gaps. I hope to update this story frequently, andddd yeah! Thanks for reading!
