Jake got done with set and remembered he had to pick up his son Owen from the babysitter.
Jake: Hey Katie was he good today.
Katie: He is good everyday.
Jake handed her 50 dollard and said goodbye.
Jake: Bye thanks for watching him.
Katie: Bye Jake bye Owen.

He drove home and made a snack for him and Owen to share.
Erika: Hey Jake Hey Owen
Jake: Hey Erika have you seen Alissa
Erika: Nope. I just got home and i have been gone all day.
Jake: Okay. Thanks anyway
Erika: So are you doing anything for the rest of the day?
Jake: No. I think im judt going to relax. Why?
Erika: Well... I was wondering if I could hang out with Owen for the day?
Jake: Of course you can. He loves being with you.
Erika: Thanks Jake. I would say Owen is my best friend.
Jake: Wow Erika. Best friends with a 6 month old baby.
Erika: Dont tell Tessa lol.
Jake: so what are you going to do with him.
Erika: Um he likes it when I take him to the park to swing.
Jake:Well have fun. Im gonna go look for Alissa.

Erika and Owen left for the park. Jake went upstairs to his room and saw Alissa in bed with another guy.
Jake: OH MY GOD
Alissa: Oh Jake umm its not what it looks like.
Jake: yes it is. You are in my bed having sex with another guy.
Alissa: It was an accident Jake i swear.
Jake: what the fuck Alissa? Not only did you cheat on me but you cheated on our family.
Alissa: Oh my Owen:(
Jake:Yeah did you forget we had a family while you were in bed with another guy.
Alissa: No i just.
Jake: get out.
Alissa: What??
Jake:I said get out of my house.
Alissa: Jake
Jake:Alissa i dont even want to look at you right now just please go
Alissa:Where is Owen.
Jake:You think you are going tk take my child after what you did??
Alissa: He is my child to.
Jake: Well he isnt here. So you will have to say goodbye to him another time.
Alissa: You can't take my child from me.
Jake: Im not keeping you from seeing him. I just want you to get out of my house.
Alissa:Fine Jake
Jake: You can get your stuff tomorrow

Alissa left and Jake threw her stuff in boxes and put them outside. He also took his bed and threw it in the dumpster. Erika came home at this time and questioned what was going on.
Erika: Hello is anyone home.
No one answered
Erika: Tessa, Jake, Chance, Martinez, kade, Alissa, Anyone??
She walked upstairs and cradled Owen as he was asleep. She walked into Jakes room and saw him crying on the floor.
Erika: Oh my Jake whats wrong???
She said as she walked to him.
Jake: Nothing im fine.
Erika: No you're not Jake. You are crying. Why are therr so many boxes downstairs
Jake: I kicked Alissa out.
When she heard that she went and sat next to Jake, still holding Owen.
Erika: omg why.
Jake: I saw her in my bed with another guy.
He said that while looking at Owen in Erikas arms.
Erika: Really?? When?
Jake: After you left.
Erika: Im sorry Jake. What are you going to fo about Owen
Jake: well im going to file for custody.
Erika: oh... Thats is going to be hard for him when hes older.
Jake: I know But his mom cheated on both of us. Not just me
Erika: Yeah. Well im here if you need me. Do you want me to watch Owen or do you want to be with him
Jake: can you stay here for a little while longer?
Erika: Umm yeah sure.
Jake cried himself to sleep on Erikas shoulder while she was holding Owen.
