Well then. I guess I'm here now. My name is Carter Brzycki. I guess I don't have to explain myself, because I'm already here. You heard of the PWA? The Polish Weapons and Arnament, to be exact. I've pulled in millions right under the Head of Police's nose for 3 years. Not caught once, except a slip up on a getaway, which I can and will get into later.
Maybe you haven't heard of me. But you've heard of my "Open Road" name, Loop. Loop219, to be exact. I've pulled numbers on the City. Big Banks. Shit you haven't even heard of, I've robbed it. All. Jesus I don't know where to start, oh wait, yes I do.
