"LOLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"  para akong batang tumatakbo habang sinasalubong si Lola with my hands flying in the air. I haven't seen her for like 2 years?

"Ano ba, apo. Nasa airport tayo. Grandma." pakunwaring seryoso na sabi ni lola

Okay, feeling susyal ang lola na'tin!

"Naman eh. Welcome home "GRANDMA" Missed you so much" inemphasize ko pa ang word na grandma, para intense diba. Namiss ko talaga lola ko. I took her stuff, I'm sure pagod ang lola ko. At long last, makakasama ko na si lola. Makakasabay ko kumain, hindi lang through skype.

"I missed you too Apo. Oh na saan ang driver?" napatawa nalang ako sa sinabi niya, ni wala nga kaming kotse. This humor of hers, is something that I really miss. Hindi siya super grumpy, but of course there are times. "La, wala tayo driver. Ni wala nga tayo kotse." sagot ko naman.

So.. Kami na lang ni Lola ang magkasama buhay.. My parents died 8 years ago. Car accident. I was part of the accident too. (Kaya wala kaming kotse! wahaha.)  Fortunately buhay pa ako. I used to have my tita live with me pero nagkaroon na siya ng sarili niyang family, we used to live in a rented house inside a subdivision in Makati. Yes it pretty much costed a fortune living there. Si lola nagtratrabaho sa US, and it's time for her to resign. Nagtatanggal na rin kasi sila ng employees. Hindi ako pinalaki sa luho ni Lola. Nagiipon kasi s'ya for a business. Syempre s'ya na nagpapakain sa'kin.. I'm really studying hard right now. Para naman maasahan ako diba. Pero I think it's time to invest money for a car diba? So it will be easy for me to take her to places.

Wala pang 1 oras nakauwi na kami sa aming munting bahay. It was small, I'm not trying to be a brag but let me tell you the small space was used in the wisest way, it was like one of those that you will see on facebook pages, or even on tumblr. As we arrived home, binuksan ko agad ang mga kahon na inuwi ni lola, yes just like a lil child who's excited sa door-to-door. There were so many clothes I could literally use the term 'much', there were so much clothes I couldn't name them. My grandmother is one shoppaholic, alright? Wala kayo sa lola ko.

"Waa. La andami ko naman atang damit ngayon?"

"Syempre, huli na yan eh. Kaya ikaw. pag- igihan mo pagaaral mo."

"Opo lola. And thank you." with matching hug. Of course I'm doing my best at school, I'm a Dean's Lister at one of the most known school at my place and I'm running for Summa Cum Laude, my parents will surely be proud of me they're gonna pop out of their coffins. I'm kidding, ma. Pa.. I miss you...

"Ay nga pala. Apo. Yung amo ko sa States they're going to China."

What's with this all of a sudden? I guess she loves her former-boss that she even tells me small detais. It's a relief that she was in good hands.

"At dadaan daw sila dito."

Wait. Tama ba pagkakarinig ko?!! DITO? AS IN DITO?

"DITO?"

 Dito? As in bahay na'min?

Or as in Pilipinas??

o_O

anyway sanay na ko humarap sa foreigners. BS Tourism ata course ko. ;)

"I see Lola. Sana magenjoy sila.."
