Before you read

Before you read, there is some history you should know. In the 10th Century AD, the Norse discovered a place they called Vinland, which is now known as North America. In 'our time line', the cold and native Americans made there colony fail. But, in this alternate 'time line' their colony survived, and they quickly conquered both the Americas. Using there vast resources, they conquered the world, having a global research effort, they were able to conquer space travel in the 1800, and colonize planets by 2020. There was a war in the 1900's, because the first colony, on mars, wanted to become independent of Jord (earth). The Jordan's won the war, and the colonials won more rights then they previously had.

Instead of having B.C.E and C.E. (Before common era, and common era [the historical community chanted it from B.C. And A.D. due to the fact, that some people were 'offended' that it was religious.]), they have N.E., V.E., and S.E. (Norse era, Vinland era, and Space era). They also were able to maintain the earths resources better, as they were evenly spread out between the 'states'. Their technology is also hyper-advanced, due to the fact that all the planets bright minds worked together for one goal.

By 2233, The Jordan's has conquered multiple solar systems, becoming a class 3 civilization.

Interrupting the civilizations conquest was The Hundred Year War, which lasted from 2257-2357, This conflict was between:
The Congressional Republic of Independence (C.R.I.), who were one faction of the Jordan Senate,
The Intergalactic Senate (T.I.S.), who were the other faction of the Jordan senate,
And the underdog faction, known as The United Colonies (The U.C.), who were the middle to lower class of the Jordan's. They also freed slaves, who didn't hesitate to join there ranks.
In a similar fashion to the way the Rebels of the America revolutionary war, the U.C. fought impossible odds, and won the war. They united the colonies, having there new motto be "United we rise, Divided we fall." And using the mythical creature known as a 'phoenix' as there symbol, to show that they rose from the ashes, and became the most formidable force in the Galaxy.

The U.C.'s flag stretched proudly across the galaxy, having displays of military power, as there were still small conflicts between systems, but nothing as big as The Hundred Year War. There was a criminal empire slowly gaining power, and a large number of people from one of the outer colonies disappearing (Star-date: 150 [when The U.C. Came into power, they used Star-Dates instead of typical years])
