ONE

Hi guys!  This is my new fan-fic!!!  I hope you like it!  Sorry about not updating my other ones, I had just lost interest in them.  Anyway, on to the story!

I walk down the sidewalk towards the movie theater to see a movie with my friend. She said she'll meet me at the front door about a half hour before the movie. I get to the front, and lean against the glass waiting for her. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I check my watch. She was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago! I think to myself. She's always late. I see a boy walk into the doors next to me. He looks up and smiles. I smile back. Then, after 30 minutes of waiting, I realize that my friend must have ditched me. I go into the theater and sit in the middle. The boy who walked past me earlier came and sat down next to me. "I see you're sitting all by yourself." He says. "Yeah, my friend ditched me." I say. "Awe that's too bad. Do you mind if I sit by you?" He asks. I shake my head and he smiles. "What's your name?" He asks. "Sarah. And yours?" "Ponyboy." He says. "Cool name. I wish I had a name like that." I say. "Really? I like your name too." He grins. The movie ends after a while of us talking. We stand up, and he says, "Wanna come with me to meet my two brothers?" "Sure, I just got to tell my parents I'll be gone a little longer. I'm sure they won't mind." I walk to the nearest telephone booth and put a couple coins in. I dial the number and let my mom know. I begin walking with Ponyboy towards his house. "How old did you say you were again?" He asks. "I am 19. And you're 14, right?" "Yeah." He says. "My two brothers are at 16 and 20." He adds. We get to his front door, and he urges me to come in. "Soda? Darry?" Ponyboy calls out. "In here!" Another one says. He leads me into the kitchen where I see two other guys. I marvel at the good-looking one doing the dishes. "Guys, this is Sarah, and she is a new friend I made at the theater." Ponyboy introduces me. A movie star-looking guy comes up to me and holds out his hand, "I'm Sodapop, Pony's older brother." He smiles and shows off his pearly white teeth. The other one does the same, and says, "Darrell Curtis. But you can call me Darry. I'm the oldest." He smiles as well. "Nice to meet you both." I say. Darry invites me to stay for dinner, so I call my parents and ask if I can. They say yes. I stay for dinner, and Darry steals glances at me the whole time. Every time he looks at me, I feel butterflies. I think I'm falling for him.
