Disclaimer:
Hello, this is my story that I have been working on for a few year now and I am still not sure what to think. I have so many ideas, but I have always struggled to put them into words. I really hope that this story becomes something interesting and not something I will give up on.
I do apologise if my grammar isn't the greatest, as I have never been the best with my choice of words, so I really do hope that you enjoy my story and thank you for taking your time to read it.

Chapter 1: First Encounter
It was the early hours of a Sunday morning. The skies were pitch black and it began to rain rather heavy, as a young woman in her late teens made her way through the forest. The woman seemed to be in search for her next destination, lost and alone. She was wearing a long summers dress, which made her look a lot younger than her actual age. Her hair had turned a deep burgundy red as it hung soaking wet below her chest. Her dress which had been a light blue in colour had also become dark in colour as it stuck against her pale skin from the wetness of the rain.
The woman stumbled a little as she became closer to the dark figure she had previously seen in the distance. Her vision was rather faint due to the darkness, the very few street lights being the only thing helping her eyes to adjust. She rubbed her eyes, confused due to it being rather early in the morning. There was never normally anyone about at this time. As the woman got closer she could see more clearly.
The figure turned out to be a tall slender unusual looking man wearing mucky torn up clothing which seemed to be some sort of uniform. Due to the heavy rain, it too stuck against his skin, though unlike the woman, this man had paler skin than hers. He also had usual silver coloured hair with dark horns poking through his scalp. The man looked down, his face was unseen from his wet hair covering his eyes. "Ex..cuse me.." the woman became brave enough to speak out as they crossed paths. She then reached out her hand, hoping to grab onto him but only he brushed past her as if she were invisible and there she lost her balance, falling down onto the muddy pathway and her dress became a horrible mess, covered in dirt, just like the man's torn up shirt.
Tears ran down her cheeks, mixing with the drops of rain, "please.." she began to quietly cry on all fours. It was useless, she might've have just given up. There was no way in hell the man would help her after the way he treated her, it was as if she weren't there.
However, to her surprise, the man stopped and was now standing in front of her.
He stared down with cold eyes, golden in colour.
The woman looked up, as her hair began to stick to her cheeks. "Thank you, sir, thank you!" she cried out with joy, reaching out to him and hoping that this time he would help her up, but no.
He just stood there, continuing to look down on her.
"Get up," the male finally spoke with a harsh tone. "Do you want to catch a cold?" he continued as the girl then slowly got up from the ground and looked to him. He was much taller than she, in fact, so tall that he made a girl at average height feel tiny.
"Where are you heading?" he looked away from her with the same harsh tone of voice.
It took her a moment to respond, as she was still think over what has just happened, "Uh .. Um, to the Dalton Warehouse." she replied back as she felt rather embarrassed by the state she was now in. "It's over that way, I'll take you there." The male then pointed in the direction beyond the trees, "though... it is early hours in the morning, it's rather strange to find a young girl out here at this time."
"I am not a young girl, I am eighteen years old and I know what I am doing, I just... got lost..." The woman turned easily flustered and crossing over her arms as she began to shiver a little.
"...plus, I could ask you the same? why are you out here at this time, huh?!"
She turned back to look at him, with a bit of an 'attitude'. The tall male raised one eyebrow and chuckled. It was rather odd of him to do so due to his previous actions towards her.
"Well?" the woman stood waiting for an answer.
Luckily by this point the rain had stopped.
The man's face dropped and returned stone cold as he muttered, "It is really none of your business, plus sides I have only just met you."
The woman then nodded back in silence as she took another good look at the man as she felt a strange vibe from him which wasn't normal. She became slightly uneasy the more she analysed everything about him. Silver hair, yellow eyes, pale skin, horns, elf shaped ears, fangs. She realised this man was not human at all.
Taking that all into account, she put on a brave face and continued, "it looks like the rain has stopped, so how about them directions to my destination?" she then smiled at him.
'Unbelievable', the man thought. This woman was out in the rain for how many hours? maybe two ? and there she was still smiling and determined to make it to this destination without stopping to go to a place for warmth or food. Not that they could go somewhere warm in this deserted forrest. The man sighed and nodded, "right fine... "
The woman continued to put on her brave far and smile, "oh and by the way", she then paused and held out her right hand, "my name is Alia Nilsson"
The male then looked to her hand and shrugged before shaking, "I am Takura, Kiyoshi Takura."
