Not Alone Anymore (Fairy Tail Fanfiction)

Chapter 1

My name is Alisha Yukki Tenishi-Akuma, but call me Yukki. I am not your typical girl. I have been through things that you couldn't even imagine. I don't have many people that I trust. I have been through enough pain that I don't want to add betrayal to it. Everyone that I care for dies for me and I can't stop them from leaving me. I just don't want to be alone anymore. Luce, Gray, Leo, Flame and Virus care for me, but I need someone to not know everything and still care for me. I want them to stay. I want a family. I hope that this new world will be different.

I came to this world after Greed and his gang died in Dublieth. Before he dies he gave me some of his life force so that, as he said, 'always be his'. I think that really, he just didn't want to be alone anymore. Though he may have really meant it like that. He is very possessive and doesn't like to share with others. He said that he viewed me as his. His child and ward, that is. He let my Dragon Father teach me Dragon Slayer Magic. My Dragon Father lives in a seal that is on my stomach. He talks to me all the time. He is the reason I still fight.

It has been a week since Greed left. I have been searching for someone. My Dragon Father told me that I had to find at least one of the other dragon slayers. I have been looking for them for his sake. I don't really care at this point. I doubt that they would really give a damn about a 10-year-old kid anyway. I'm walking in the forest when I heard a loud bang. I ran towards it, that is the moment my life had changed forever.

There was a man fighting a beast. The man was tall and had mussels to show his strength. He had piercing all over his face and down his arms. He radiated man pride or should I say dragon pride with the magic he was using. He also had this weird tattoo.

"Hey, Kid' He said as he finished the fight with the beast, "Get out of here."

"Are you a dragon slayer? Why are you here? Can you take me with you? I have nowhere to go." I said without giving him a chance to answer.

"Kid, I don't need anyone cramping my style. Get out." He said then turned to walk away.

"I will do anything. Please I don't have anyone. They all died. Please." I said quietly.

He then turned to look at me. I don't know what he saw, but he sighed and then said, "If I take you with me, you have to do everything that I say." Then he started to walk away again. "Kid, are you coming?"

I then started to run after him. "My name is Yukki, not kid."

"Gajeel" was all he said.

With that my life had changed. Little did I know that in a month's time, I would get a family that even Greed couldn't compare to.
