I walked out of my apartment flat with my bridesmaid dress in my hand. I ran down the street trying to find a taxi on the way. I was extremely late for the getting ready session of my sister's wedding. By extremely late I mean by two minutes. I was a person that was always on time. I am a goody-two-shoes, I know!

Then, magically the rain started falling. In a heavy downpour too. OMFG! Could this day get any worse. Then, as if one of the many gods hated me, a car zoomed by and splashed me and my dress with muddy water. Luckily, it had a protector thingy over it. But, my hair and face were not so lucky.

"Ugh! Can't people slow down on the road." I screamed in frustration. I saw a taxi stop right beside me and just as I was about to open the car door, he drove off! Oh, I get it! They don't want a muddy, dirty person sitting in their damn car. Now I'm going to have to walk. I'm gonna be so late.

I found the place that everything was happening at after four more splashes and a squirell landing in my black tresses and messing it up even more. Why am I so bad lucked?

Because Karma's a bitch! That's why!

Shut up!

I stumbled through the thick mahagony double doors of the centre and immediately every one stopped what they were doing and whipped their heads around to look at me. I hated the attention.

"What in the world happened to you?!" someone asked.

"That doesn't matter, what matters is that you help me!"

People that were fixing up other people rushed over to me to try and get me sorted out. Even my sister, the bride, in her long white bridal gown came over to help. It's her wedding day, what is she doing. I gently pushed her away from me. She looked at me with a look of confusion on her face.

"It's your wedding day, you shouldn't be worrying about me" I whispered out. She nodded her head with a frown on her face then walked away. Sometimes I wonder about her.

They started at hair which was in a very disastrous condition. So first the stylist washed out my tresses which was splashed with filthy, muddy water. Then she dried it and restyled it. At last my tresses are perfect again. Then I had a nice, quick bath. And it was now time for the make-up artist to do her magic work.It took her about 10 minutes to make me beautiful again. When everyone saw how every thing was awesomely coming together they were shocked and speechless.

Everything was going as planned after I was cleaned up and all. The wedding was about to start. Here goes nothing!
