  Chapter one
It was nightfall. The sun was already down and the light was painting the clouds in a dark purple color. I walked down the street still not believing in what I found out. My brain -  full of information I'd rather not know - exploded. I needed to segregate. On the left side of the street I saw a black nameboard with luminous red inscription " La Clameur ". I came in. I went straight down the long thin corridor.

"Don't wanna pay?"

I looked back. A man - all in black and with dark hair, wearing a black glossy hat - looked out of a cash register I didn't notice. He looked bored with raised eyebrows.

"I'm still waiting for my money."

"Ehm... sorry, I... What kind of place is this?"

"It's a club.15$."

"A club? What kind of?"

"A special club. 20$."

"You said 15 before."

"25."

I took out my wallet, paid 15$ and turned back around. Behind me I heard a sarcastic "Have fun".

"Thanks.", said I.

"Shut up!", I thought.

Behind the door I heard voices and some music, so I opened it. Many people surrounding a little stage. The hall was too small for that many people. They laughed and danced to a song I firstly did not recognize. I pushed myself through the crowd towards the stage. And now I knew what song it was. It was a cover of "The End" by Kings of Leon. A girl, maybe as old as me or a little younger, sang and it sounded.... beautiful. Her version of that song was more lyrical and happy. She had a black dress on, and a black jeans jacket being definitely to big for her. Her dark blond hair abated from her shoulders. On the stage were three other people. A guitarist, a drummer and a pianist. All four really enjoyed their performance, the audience saw it and enjoyed it too. When the girl started to sing "This could be the eeend" the listeners like felt in nirvana. How did she do it? When the song ended everyone started to applaud. The singer smiled, looked at her mobile phone, got off the stage and walked out the door I came in through. I don't know why I followed her.
